- This is Ubisoft's 2014 Watch Dogs. It is one of the best open world games and follows the story of Aiden Pearce a former criminal turned Vigilante who wants to avenge his niece's death and take down the Chicago criminal underworld. It is its 10 year anniversary. On this part Aiden saves his nephew Jackson from fixers.

What I love about legion is that you see how much's Aiden's mission tramuatized Jackson
Wish it was an actual game tho instead of dlc for that game. Could’ve gotten some reasons why Aiden went to San Francisco
@@DavidDiaz-my3fs According to a phone message in WD2, Aiden was basically hunting down everyone that worked for Lucky Quinn's trafficking ring which included the Auntie Shu Boys and The Bratva - two of the biggest criminal organizations in SF.
Both of those gangs / mafias got wind of this and tried to ambush him. They succeded to capture him but only after both groups lost a lot of people. Marcus (the protag of WD2) ends up freeing him but they never directly interacted with eachother or even talked.
That’s why most people say that dlc was better than the main story of legion
@@PeninsulaCity2024 yeah I played this series a lot when I was younger but I still wish we can play Aiden in SF and expand his lore a bit with an expansion to San Jose. Would’ve been lit to play as him around my hometown and taking down the sus stuff that goes around here! Shout out google and Facebook for raising the price around my neighborhood and kicking my friends out :(

There is an omitted cutscene that is intended to play at some point after saving jackson where Adien meets up with him at Yolanda's. While Jackson was mostly non-verbal, he did show Aiden he was still wanting to help find his mom and wanted Dedsec to assist. However, Aiden did not like that idea but assured Jackson he would find her himself.
This cutscene would have also demonstrated how Aiden did not trust Dedsec at all possibly hinting his knowledge of the inner conflict that would drive the events of Bad Blood.
Truly my gta verse makes watch dogs canonical and shares one universe alongside the gta series. Both hd and 3d. So even Aiden would’ve heard about the events of Los Santos. And Lester would’ve heard about a hacker from Chicago. The Fox. Aiden Pierce. Even Abstergo corporation from assassins creed series is connected with watch dogs. It’s Blume corporation that is very antagonistic. Throughout the series.

The audio for the licensed songs has a separate slider in the settings. The music slider is for the in game soundtrack
Consider watching the TV show called "Person of Interest" before making WD1 lore video.
John Reese, the protagonist of POI, is very similar to Aiden. The premise of POI is also similar to WD1 and was likely an inspiration behind ctOS.
The show has a slow start but becomes more interesting once Elias shows up, then the show gains momentum once Root shows up, and the story becomes the main focus by season 3 (it's a hybrid of procedural show and serialized drama show)

man watch dogs was such a cool idea for a video game. I'd bet It would've been one of the most iconic video games in the world if ubisoft got their shit together.

You really gotta play watchdogs 2 it’s extremely underrated it reminds me of the old saints row games with it’s comedy but with updated watch dogs 1 gameplay
There's actually a way you can turn off copyrighted music. Just turn down the song volume in the options menu, because the music volume is the in-game soundtrack.
40:00, Okay, while I haven't played Watch Dogs (yet), I will say that car there, the Rotor, might be my favorite car in the series, since it's based on an RX-7 FD, my favorite car of all time.
I still do think I remember that nicky's house from watch dogs legion in bloodline DLC where inside aiden's mind after he lost his niece he was completely broken depressed and it's still haunts him

It's probably for the best they cancelled this game. Their entries just kept getting worse, and Ubisoft seems to be a company that never repeats the things they did right in sequels. It's a shame tbh.
Although its sad they cancelled it. Modern games are getting so bad. Everything is being ruined by greed. Everything is being turned into slop. Its probably best that some franchises lay in ice for when this slop industry stops its BS. They are already ruined so many franchises
The entries haven't though, a good amount of people like Watch Dogs 2. The only one not liked was Legion. Even the first games gets more hate than the second, so saying it got worse with each entry doesn't make much sense to me.

I guess what I said was an oversimplification. I have WD2 at the same level as one, however it downgraded in many aspects. Such as the story, the soundtrack, chases, mission design, and etc. However, it made up for it in terms of freeroam gameplay. I am disappointed by that, and I'm even more disappointed by Legion. There was nothing redeeming about that game.
