- This is Ubisoft's 2014 Watch Dogs. It is one of the best open world games and follows the story of Aiden Pearce a former criminal turned Vigilante who wants to avenge his niece's death and take down the Chicago criminal underworld. It is its 10 year anniversary. On this part Aiden finds Tobias Frewer the former Blume employee who was a whistleblower.

Black Viceroys are based on two different gangs Black Gangster Disciples and Vice Lords, Crips are based on Los Angeles

BGD hasn’t existed since the 60s tho,more likely based on Black disciples,Gangster disciples and Vice lords
the crips actually formed in prisons in los angeles california to protect from bloods in the same jails but the prisoners were from places like chicago, so when they moved out or had kids they brought that gang with them ruining the surrounding neighborhoods with more intense street gang activity
Crips formed in 1969 bloods in 1972 so how come the Crips were formed to protect from the bloods in reality it's in reverse.
Fun fact the Crips are parodied as the Families in Gta san andreas and Five and the bloods as the Ballas in the very same two games and you can see it that CJs actor weared crips color DJ pooh his name was correct if I am wrong.
The black vice Roy's are based off a combo of the BGDs and the VLs

It's actually shocking how a 15 year old is a Black Viceroy→(Elites or Enforcers would be called that, High Rank), although Regular Viceroys can also be minors too (Gunmen, Veterans and Marksmen), shows just how serious poverty is.
I remember the first time I got to this bridge part, took me like 2 hours to get the one where you had to blow up the gate. This was like 7 years ago
You know I really loved the bunker as a base for Aiden and was disappointed in Bad Blood that Blume took it back. Also I never realized until this playthrough that the Blume guards actually have really bad criminal backgrounds. I thought it was just a one off line to justify killing them but Ubisoft actually put in the extra details showing what kinda people they are and they’re way worse than I originally thought.

That and possibly the Gangster Disciples due to them being a Chicago gang. In the wiki, it says that a lot of their gang signs at Rossi-Fremont are based on signs from the 18th Street Gang.

Pro I wish you can read my question I hope since you are law enforcement and now you played LA noire ofcourse their are 5 detective desks 4 of whom we played traffic homicide advice and arson and their is the Burglary desk we never got to played now the question here is if technology ever evolves will their be new desks come to play like for cybersecurity such as hacking is it safe to say their would be a special detective desk to investigate those crimes especially since they made for a Traffic desk once this desk itself was established when the automobiles became an invention we can't live without and same Goes for the Internet does the police departments around the US have such a desk because hacking and Internet data is a problem in our modern day
Well then, those Viceroys aren't good at searching for Aiden, you literally destroyed an Elite vehicle and they still decided to search somewhere else, Great AI by Ubisoft as usually, at least in Police and Faction Overhaul they search for you longer and look in discreet locations more frequently.
a flaw or two every here or there doesn't make the ai bad
