Also: 1) big washer goes between larger pendulum section and the transmission; 2) second small washer goes between shorter bolt and smaller pendulum section
You don't want to reuse the large bolt that goes through the insert... that's a stretch bolt and reusing could (will likely) result in snapping sometime since it has already been deformed and weakened when you first installed the insert and torqued to 74lbs +90º... I'd recommend finding and replacing with a new one ASAP
