I have one and after a couple minutes my sound goes mute. I gotta disconnect and reconnect to bring back sound.

H, if I connect my iPhone via a HDMI/Lighting adapter can I see the apps installed on the iPhone (like TH-cam Netflix etc.)?
Honestly, I have not tried connecting my iPhone, but conceptually it should work. But you need to make sure that your car supports wired CarPlay

Is there any input delay or framerate issues? I'm wanting to possibly get this to plug in an Xbox, but if there is a noticeable amount of input delay or drops in framerate then this may not be the best option. Also would this work on an aftermarket stereo that has wired Apple CarPlay?
There wasnt any delay or lag when I tested it. I suggest you order it and try it in your car, if you dont like it, then return it, they have a 30 days refund policy

No, you can. You need to connect an operating system device like a TV Box or a TV Stick and then connect your USB to that device

It doesn’t work as soon as I connect the ottocast with my android radio it says to please set up my phone. It doesn’t recognise neither the ottocast nor the fire tv stick
