Can I drop a burglary of habit chage on someone, the charge is from 2009?

From 2009...and case has not been brought to finality yet? That was over a decade ago. They've more then likely have already been adjudicated for it. Besides, sometimes the da will proceed with charges even in the event the victim drops them or wants them dropped. If they were found guilty, they can try to have it expunged, depending on whether they are eligible or not for one. Its also extremely expensive to do so.

If you meant 2019 and the case is still pending and active, you could try to reach out the da and ask for it to be dropped. Idk.

Why would you teach someone who stole from someone how to get off???
    What about the victims?

I got charged with for being in a wall when it was closed recording a TH-cam video , it’s made for people like me who were not stealing

@Manuela because sometimes people are over charged on purpose for the possibility of a plea deal later on, which would result in them dropping those extra charges they would have a hard time proving beyond a reasonable doubt in trial. Also you should know that not every single person charged with this type of crime are guilty. Sometimes the authorities get it wrong and we wouldn't want to convict someone who is potentially innocent. Also, he's merely marketing himself. He's not giving advice the way you think he is due to the fact that every single case is unique and different. Case specific.

@Manuela and he's not teaching anyone, "how to get off". Every case is different. Two people can be charged with the same crime, yet, the circumstances surrounding it could be completely different. And again, not everyone who has been charged with a crime is guilty. You would hope to have the same help if you were wrongfully charged with something instead of other people assuming your guilty immediately. Its why we have lawyers.
