Yakima Twotimer long term review: 1 year later

A quick review of my Yakima Twotimer hitch mounted bike carrier. I go over some of the features, things I like and things I don’t like and thoughts after one year of ownership/use.

I appreciate your year later review! I'm in the market for a rack and it's nice to hear feedback from someone who's been using it for a while. Do you leave your rack attached to your car and out in the elements? Or do you take it off between rides and stow it in the garage or somewhere inside? I'm just trying to get an idea of how long it could be left out before rust becomes more of an issue.

I have left it on my car since I installed it, I really wanted to see how it would hold up to the elements. I’m am in upstate NY so as bad as a winter can get in most places in the lower 48.
