Also I really like the silent extra practice. That is very helpful. When I am struggling with something new, I slow the video down to 75% for practice. It really helps.
Nashville TN I have MS but I am learning tai chi! Some days are good some not so good but I aim for every day. My husband is excited how well I'm doing. My family, friends and doctors are very pleased. 🙂
Good for you that you are working hard to stay active. This is a very good video. I have tried Tai Chi for a year with classes but this class sure makes it flow much easier and I love doing this every day now. I'm planning on keeping up with this. Thanks a million to the instructor. You have a talent!
I have searched many channels and found them to be challenging for a new person. Taiflow offers various steps that allows you to go at your own pace and abilities. I'm not trying to be purest, I'm trying to find something that fits me and Taiflow does. After a few months now, I enjoy the longer version and hope to see more of them. The tone of the voice and the selection of the music make the training enjoyable. Thank you

I've just found this channel and currently am VERY beginner, so for a little bit, what is free is perfect for me to start. Glad I found you, thank you for these few.
I have been doing tachi for 5 months now I must say enjoy your channel since I have found it ! A lot of teachers do single whip differently I like yours because it flows kudos to you !
Hallo from Kalamata, Greece! After having practiced for three weeks Daily, I think I'll move on to this module 4 .Challenging but I 'll do my best day in day out. Hopefully, someday my moves will flow better. Thank you so much. Yiota. 🌼🍀🌺
You are a wonderful teacher. I try to follow your lesson every day. Thank you so much for your great teaching and inspiration to achieve better health for all of us. How many episodes do you have recorded?
It would hard to over do it with Tai Chi. You do have to pay attention to the correct postures cause if your position is off it can create an injury or at least trigger some pain. I don't see that as overdoing it, I just see that as needed to learn the correct posture in the stances.
@@Taiflow thanks for responding...mostly in the core and around the knees.. but I think it's receding.. maybe the slow movements do exercise a different set of muscles. Feel good to follow your videos on You Tube.
I enjoyed the extra, putting together the forms in one flow, no words, just music is a true moving meditation.

Favorite part is when she says hug the tree 🌳 ❤️
same here🙂
As you say practice doing it roughly. Thanks for reminding me to breath
I know that if you do that while humming sometimes you get better results
Gràcies!! Molt practic!
I was wondering is it possible to overdo tai chi since it's such a gentle practice

@@Taiflow that's kinda what I was thinking too! Thank for reply!
Hi
Am a beginner of Taichi.. am 65.
Have been into exercises always..
Is a certain amount of body soreness normal at the beginning?
Thanks
As long as it is muscle pain it is alright. What kind of soreness are you talking about?
