    Does anyone else appreciate her pace like I do?! It's nice to find a beginner series for tai chi that doesn't feel rushed. Im doing this to regulate my nervous system and i like that she keeps a calm smooth pace. I love this and module 2, theyre my go tos. Thank you!!!

    I just wanted to thank you for what you do. It is wonderful and instructive that you were able to channel all of the negative experience of your younger life described on your website into something productive and beneficial for the long term. We are better for your teaching. Your style is also very welcoming and unintimidating. Some TaiChi teachers make it sound so complicated and rigorous that it takes a good bit of fun out of it. I hope you and yours are well.

    I am utilizing the first two modules, but I feel I have this module down mostly. Even though I practice resistant training and walk vigorously, I can feel muscles in my shoulders and thighs that I haven’t felt before. I hope I can dip into a lower stance one day, but that will take strengthening of these new muscles that I am now feeling.

    Third time. Couldn't yesterday. Went swimming in the morning, and to a very moving prehistory museum (on a prehistoric homo erectus site 380 thousand years old) in the city in the afternoon. We walked 12 km in the city. I took a nap before doing the practice and then have dinner, but when I woke up it was this morning, one hour later than every day.😇

    Do we bend our knees with every exhale or closing? When we open the moon and rotate our arms back and forth, are the knees kept bent, or do we straighten our legs while breathing in? I want to make sure my technique is correct. I am enjoying this and appreciate this video.

    • @Taiflow
      @Taiflow  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      In this video, I straighten up when I take a breath in but that is mostly for beginners who don't have strength in their legs to keep them bent all the time. Ideally, you would bend your knees lightly and keep them bent the whole time.
