This seems like it is actually a form of nerve gliding, by rubbing your face you put your elbow at a position where the vagus nerve glides. I think it is common in physical therapy for tennis elbow

Will it cure my fatigue?
That's a great question. Fatigue can be caused by many things so it's hard to answer that exactly. I do know that using these tools can help to reduce our stress levels, which can support our sleep, and sleep impacts our energy (or fatigue) levels! I hear that and appreciate you sharing your experience! Often doing these practices multiple times is helpful to begin to feel results. I have a few other vagus ear massage practices on here so there are different receptor points along the ears and some people are more sensitive in one area than the other.
