I done that so many times in the last 20 years and finally got myself a whole new set of bilstein b6 with brand new oem strut mount.
How much did those cost? I hear it’s a good setup.
New fresh cut looking sharp man
Yes boss. Respect
Good morning, great video I have always wanted to know how they came apart. I have KYB'S on my 91 Turbo. Looks like a pain I'm up north so I'm sure everything will be rusted I'll just opt for coilovers. Again great video keep up the good work. 👍🏿
Morning thank you and happy you appreciate the video. I can’t wait to get the parts and reassemble.
I'm replacing my struts now, any more advice or tips on how to get that collar off the housing ?
Are you referencing the nut? On the strut housing
Spray with pb blaster and let is soak overnight and get a large pipe wrench
@@bitingantz Thanks for the quick reply! Everything was going smoothly until this point haha too good to be true
Yep been there and understand your pain
Are those Enkei TS5 wheels? They look great!
You know your wheels, yes they are. Thanks for watching.
@@bitingantz thanks, love the channel. It’s giving me a lot of ideas for my 91 turbo.
@@markbarry7861 thank you, I appreciate the feedback, where are you located? Nice to meet another owner
@@bitingantz I’m from Ottawa Ontario. My 91 turbo is in winter storage for about another month. I wish the weather here was warm year round 😉
Where did you buy your rebuilt kit??
