I'm from Andhrapradesh and I'm having Pitta dosha. The real problem is in our households people prepare foods which aggravate Pitta and I always fall prey to Pitta prone diseases. If I follow diet as per Ayurveda people look me as if I am eccentric. Educating them is so tough and in the process even I get ridiculed.
Accept the fact you have portions of all three doshas, and do your best to find the proper balance for ALL three. They are not separate in you, you are you. Do not speak for your stomach or your body, listen. They will speak in wordless emotions rooted in memory. Understand in the way you best can. My own best way is difficult. The only permanent thing is change, is the concept of temporary. All, ALL else will change. But as yourself, hear the voices in your head. The places and feelings you leave behind live as relative individuals in the society that you are. The more you factor for the complexity of your soul, the closer you get to self-control. The answer to life is the question of what life is about. Do not run from paradox, but don’t make 1 from 0. You have no escape from yourself, your past, and your trauma. You live reacting to stimuli, and danger is the worst of them. Try to find hope, and remember. You choose what matters to you. Choose carefully, for there is a lot of pain you could avoid. Pain is such a simple part of life, irrelevant to the purpose you choose. If you can let go of it all, the pain speaks with so much more than words. Breathe slow, close your eyes, listen. Be curious, forgive yourself. Listen
