I love Sadghuru and the info he provides, but where do you find food anymore??? I grow my own, but the conditions of the soil are terrible... the growth rate is appauling and the heat is enormous. It burns the plants. Maybe India is still healthy....
Could anyone explain why in Chinese practices (Chi Kung, QiGong, Chinese Medicine) there are 5 purifiable elements (fire, water, wood, earth, and metal/air), and in yogic culture, there are only 4 purifiable elements (fire, water, earth, and air). In other words, in yoga there is no wood element, why is that? I looked for this information in many places but couldn't find it.

I have my Angie’s blue berries the she vomited through the night I gave her the rest of the punnet 2 days later she was very sick vomited 20min later and instantly went to sleep for 40min.I’m wondering if this fruit was bad or if she has diabetes. Very very sick from these berries brought a small grocer.
