    Thanks for sharing this video. Is there a way to ensure SCMs are not used when doing this exercise, so that only deep neck flexors are exercised?

    What is a good daily routine to do to adjust your neck position? Also how long does it usually take to see results?

      The amount of time to notice first results with muscle training is usally about 2 weeks.

    These chin tuck exercise furthers forward head posture and needs to stop being shared by these “professionals”.
