Just that its not widely promoted or advertised so a lot of people are skeptical about it, especially when it comes in a small package. My dad gave me a pack of Nano energizer recently, I thought it was probably some nonsense snake oil. But I added it to my 2006 BMW 320d with 145,000 miles on the clock, I'm about 300 miles after adding it now and my MPG has got better by 5mpg and it pulls abit stronger and runs a little smoother. This sounds a lot like the claims originally made by Slick50. They claimed it would coat your engine with special nano particles for better gas mileage, blah blah blah I used that back in the late 80s/early90s in my Camaro Z28, it was a terrible product. Actually the car did run better for about the 1st 500-1k miles or so, then it started running like absolute crap and I had to change my oil ASAP. I wonder if there are any objective reviews or data on these products?
Everyone always brings up slick50. Just because that product sucked does not mean every single product is gonna be the same. I have used Extralube ZX1 and had good results. And I have now used Nano Energizer with good results. Try it on an old car or a work vehicle if you think it's risky, but trust me you should see slightly better mpg and slight improvement in pulling power and smoothness/quietness.
Unfortunately this is firmly in the snake oil section of the car product additive product Aile. Never a good sign when the product is not tested for simple things like friction coefficient to easily prove its effects,the fact that a simple friction test is no where to be seen leads be to believe your buying more snake oil wallet wasting shite.

Yeah I get that. Nothing is going to be better than running a car on high quality oil and fuel from new and having a perfect service schedule. But nano energizer does improve an old worn engine a lil bit. Regardless of what the naysayers say.
