  • This video will show you how much the BIG 4 firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, and KPMG) pay in terms of salary and bonus from Grad to Partner Levels. I break down each role of what your salary as a Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) will be like and what a Chartered Accountant does at each level all the way to the partner level. Big 4 salaries can vary across locations but I've summarised the London Big 4 salaries for PwC, EY, Deloitte and KPMG.

    Asalamwalikum brother
As always u do such a great content and help for us may Allah reward u in best possible way
I am at age of 25 and still unemployed and currently at P level of ACCA
My concern is I guess its already very late for me to be employed so should I start working now or should I first focus on studies and try to get that 4 papers as soon as possible. Hope u will guide me 😊.

Walakum salaam....bro I qualified much later. 😅 25 is very young! A lot of people are starting their careers at this age. You're not behind anyone and shouldn't compare. I'd advise get any work experience you can. I'd slow down trying to do all the papers together and focus on getting work experience. Just don't get complacent because working and studying is very difficult

    Aslam Alaikum bro
Can you tell which subjects to choose in ACCA professional level if I am looking for career in advisory?
2 papers from following 4 can be chosen:
    1) Advance Performance Management
    2) Advance Advance Taxation
    3) Advance Audit & Assurance
    4) Advance Financial Management
    Which 2 to choose?
    Thanks in advance

Walakum salam bro. So your employer will never ask what you studied at the advanced stage, they just care that you passed your exams. But for a career in advisory APM and AAA would be best. Taxation is only for those who want to really specialise in Taxation. APM has very good overall management skills which consultants would use frequently. AAA will give you a good control and risk mindset which is helpful but AFM is only useful if youll be advising in the financial sector as youll have very good knowledge but ONLY if in banking otherwise its not very useful. However, id also advise choose the papers you feel most easiest, as passing is way more important.

Thanks alot brother got your point
One more thing please which additional skills to learn for our field of ACCA to compete with AI (Artificial Intelligence) ......

Honestly this is a fast moving field. I would keep an eye out on relevant yt channels as they will always discuss up to date concepts as opposed to any learning materials which would always be 1 yr behind the latest developments. I am creating a seminar for AI and questions students have if there is enough demand.
