Most of times a CA qualified in intial years feels he is under paid .. But that doesn’t mean the course is not good.. If you compare average package of all other fields with CA we are still doing good. what is my personal opinion in this is that a person who got experienced will get more pay and decent pay in any field because he is giving you more work in less time. By doing CA even though we are underpaid but still we are very fundamentally strong in terms of financials . what required is to do “More hardwork, prove your worthiness, And get paid for what you deserve”
What about starting a practice in non metro city which is tier II city???

I like to differ here with you bcoz the amount of hardwork it take to become a ca and amount of return a ca get is really low....ROI is very less and u can see the back in 2015 a fresher get package of 6 lakh and now it's rise to 8 lakh and syllabus in ca teach us the importance of time value of money....
Knowledge and hardwork of ca should be valued more......
And course is good but not the body running the course

Doing CA because age ke saath value appreciate hoti hai and constant salary nahi rehti salo saal kaam kar ke but hike PE hike hoti hai. So doing ca is profitable as always. Ha thoda slow start up milta hai but it's ok manage kar lenge 😜
But bhai baaki jobs mein bhi toh salary appreciate hoti hai and jaha tak maine sunna hai degree sirf first job dilva sakti hai baaki skills aure exp dilati hai
