Great video and greetings from your Florida Panhandle neighbor (Navarre, FL). I have my Judge loaded with three of these and two regular 45 rounds, but thanks to your video, I think I am going to ditch the 45s and load in all five as Winchesters. Thanks for the great video!
Great video sir and I have a polymer judge myself and those rounds are a handful if you're not expecting it but that is the only round I keep chambered in it now
I found these at either Academy in Mobile, AL or Outpost Elite in Spanish Fort, AL. BUT, I haven't seen anymore since. I think I was in the right place at the right time that day! By the way, these were the 2.5 inch. The Judge Poly can't shoot 3 inch shells. Thanks for watching!
@@gvtrai58 You are correct with the 2.5" Poly, I do have the Judge Magnum 3" which can fire both, and I do have the 2.5's but the 3" PDX's are scarce, thanks! tho appreciate your time and knowledge! ;)
Thanks for watching and commenting. This video - th-cam.com/video/NXHzFntUAp4/w-d-xo.html - shows a gel test at about 7:30. I believe the self-defense rounds (Triple Defense, Buckshot, PDX1, 45LC) made for 410 pistols would stop a threat at self-defense distances.
@@gvtrai58 the FBI recommends a round penetrate to at least 13 inches and the majority of that round only penetrated 4-6 inches they said so I highly doubt it will reach a vital organ to stop anyone instantly.
@@saxon1177 Tools and targets did a good ballistic gel test with it. It doesn't penetrate to FBI standards, but it generally got around the 10" mark. In most cases, that's enough to stop the average attacker. Maybe not an instant drop, but still effective.
@@maxdoles5806 Excuse me but if it isn't an instant drop/kill, the guy could shoot back and instant drop you so I wouldn't consider allowing a guy with a gun to shoot back to be effective.
Maybe. I think the three good choices for this weapon are the Hornady Triple Defense, this Winchester PDX1, and 000 buck. All three would likely solve just about any problem at close quarters! Thanks for watching and commenting.

...preciate you watchin'!
I pocket a 410 bond arms sometimes. Love em. Bedroom is 27x17 without closet area and bath. But as long as I point to one end… done.
You have a big bedroom. And I think you are right. It wouldn't be very desireable to be on the business end of some of these insane loads!
if the judge declares you guilty the sentence is death
Yeah I'm convinced

Holy Cow!

Midway USA ammo that has this ammo

Noone does a ballistics gel test with this round. Wonder why. I have doubts that it penetrates well.

Дорогие патроны?
Everything on Winchester's defender line is expensive. Good product though.
Nice! 👍👍🤠
Made for the Judge, or the Axe.😉
I would just take another one of those discs instead of all those weak bbs. Federal 000 buck is still the standard
