    Juicing may reduce chronic pain, but it must do more because you my dear look to be in your twenties… I believe you’re 40+ but u certainly don’t look it. Your skin is flawless, your hair is thick and healthy - not to forget your outlook is so upbeat and positive. Thank you !

    YES! Since I've been suffering from inflammation in the past couple of years, juicing or making smoothies has definitely helped me. I had learned that our food should be our medicine so we should eat for nutrients. Thanks for sharing Mrs. Tab, I have my juice ready for today❤

    I have joint pains in my shoulder off and on. I just started back with my juicing using all of this minus pineapple. Forgetting all of the healing properties and I have been pain free. Food is so powerful. Loved you guys in the vegan mukbong.

    Very good. I enjoy juicing. Give beets, bananas, blueberries, honey, milk I use raw milk from farmers market, cinnamon and ice blend for a smoothies and yum yum. You could even add mangos and strawberries. ❤

    Sometimes when I juice like this, I'll pour the juice into my blender and dump some of the pulp back in along with some ice, and make a thicker drink. I guess it's a long way 'round to doing a smoothie, but I also know that every bit of nutrition was squeezed out of those cells! :D

    Thank you Tab for sharing this remedy for I have osteoarthritis in both knees inabling me to stand and walk and conditioning me to be confined to my wheelchair and/or my walker. Since I have change my eating habits. I have included in my diet vegan food, and I will try juice too as you suggested. You caring Person,

    Just some side advice from Chinese medicine. If you experience pain in your feminine areas or from your uterus down . its believed to remove anything cold to drink on an empty stomach always serve room temp or warm to control pain. like in japan or china warm water and tea are always served before any meal

    I make green drinks every morning before going to the gym. I never thought I'd being drinking anything other than soda. I feel so much better. No soda No sugar. Just healthy living.

      You can use a blender and then strain the juice too. I’m sorry your feeling pain. Hopefully this helps.

      Dont forget to stretch. If your butt or thighs are tight it will cause pain in your feet.

      Also, if you haven’t tried it, make an appointment with a good chiropractor. When my hips are out of alignment I have foot and/or knee pain. Try to get recommendations from people you know, if possible, for a chiropractor. It’s like any profession, sometimes you have to try more than one to find the right one.

    I’m here way late. But I got a nice juicer years after burning up one with too many dark greens. I’m realizing I need to be intentional with it and schedule time for the prep if I’m gonna get any benefit.

    We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice.The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha.This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.
