    the Engine is Just Vanilla Of Engines. Its So Damn Smooth & Perfectly Grunty. Not Too Much Of Grunt Nor Absence of Grunt. It Just Roars Where It is Expected to And Just Puts a Big Fat Smile On My Face Everytime I Ride it.
    This Is Perfect Bike.
    In Terms of Fuel Efficiency, Maintenance, Build Quality, Cheap Customization (No Expensive Kits or Accessories)
    the New 2024 Interceptor's Switch Gear is Just Next Worldly - It Just Gives That Premium Appeal to It. I Love It So Much.

      @@be572 thanks for the comment! I agree with everything you've said. The Interceptor is just the perfect back to basics bike that just does everything you ask of it.
      I have certainly made the right choice that's for sure 👍

    i have this exact same bike... ive fitted the backpad thing for the missus... im determined not to have a bike with a bloody top box for once... im aged 59 now..... had loads o bikes over the years.. never been much of a race rep fan ... this enfied is extremely pleasant to ride, my sportster was relaxing.. but this is different i just love plodding through the backlanes stopping at cake shops etc... not even fussed about upgrading it.. maybee the air filter when its run in.. but i like the standard quiet exhausts... put the rear shox 2 clicks stiffer coz we both a bit heavier.. an it will hold 85 mph two up no problems if you desire.. but 70mph does me now im in no rush... such a basic bike but lovely .. .. ..

      @@pmay222 I'm not having a top box either. I might opt for some leather side panniers at some point, or even a tail bag. I'm not bothered about upgrades on the Enfield, I wanted a standard bike that was basic, with no unnecessary electronics and no bells and whistles. The interceptor fits that bill perfectly. The exhausts were changed by the previous owner and he kindly gifted me the originals too, I may or may not use them in the future but to be honest the Powerage pipes sound so good! I'm not into the race rep thing either, must be an age thing I'm 57 next and built for comfort these days, not speed 😅. I'm quite happy having a steady ride around the lanes taking in the scenery.

    Fantastic videos mate. I love your commentary, but there’s no need to keep blipping the throttle every time you change down 🤣😂. Joking aside, I own an interceptor and like you, I can’t get enough of it. My one is an early one on a 19 plate. Make sure you replace the relays and clean off the cruddy grease.I’ve also got rid of the evap system and air injection by getting some kits from Hitchcocks. Also a new engine breather. The engine now isn’t choked because of EU rules and it’s so much better and smoother. My job for next month will be free flowing silencers to finally unstrangle the engine . I’ve also relocated the regulator rectifier because they can overheat being stuck under the bike. Safe riding and looking forward to the next video.

      @@Robin-iv1kc the throttle blipping is a habit, I do it on the Tracer too 😂 I'll have a word with myself. I've checked the relays and yes, full of grease so that'll be a winter job. I'll get around to the other stuff at some point in the future. The interceptor has genuinely surprised me for such a cheap bike, I honestly didn't know what to expect but it's better than I ever thought. I was looking for a back to basics bike of the type I used to see when I was growing up. I was born in 67 so I used to see all the 70's "proper" bikes, the Interceptor fits the bill. No unnecessary electronics, simple to maintain, sounds great and an absolute bargain. You wouldn't believe the amount of bikes I looked at before getting one! I've definitely made the right decision. Thanks for the comment, hopefully I'll get out for an hour or so tomorrow weather depending 👍

    I've owned my Interceptor now for five years & have just under 55,000 Kms, yes almost 55K! Not so much as a hiccup from this beautiful bike. Just try and pry it from under my ass. I do all my own maintenance & it has never let me down. I've been riding foe 50 plus years & this is the most enjoyable motorcycle I've ever owned. By the way my wife & I ride 200-300 Km per trip all the time here in Ontario Canada.

And same as you I think it's easily the best bike I've ever owned, I wish I'd known they were this good before now. Mine has just gone over 1500 miles and I intend to do all my own servicing too. Ride safe and thanks again for the comment.

    A friend recently let me swap my Trident 660 for a go on his Interceptor for about 5 miles or so. The verdict was, "It really wants to go!", about my Trident, and "At last, a proper motorbike!", from me about his Interceptor. The Triumph is a cracking bike but there's something missing ( I don't know what!). So, I've decided that I'm going to trade it for an Interceptor or, just maybe, a Guerilla.

    • @paulkiley4667
      @paulkiley4667  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@paulbooth1373 that sounds like me with my Tracer 900, it just wants to go all the time. Cracking bike though but the Interceptor I reckon rides, feels and sounds so much better. A proper motorbike in every way. Saying that I won't be selling the Tracer in the foreseeable future! I love the manageable power delivery of the Interceptor and the way it rides and makes you feel. Triumph make some stunning bikes but for me, it's at a cost I simply cannot justify, especially when Royal Enfield are making bikes that are such good value. I like your thinking on the Guerrilla, that's a bike that will definitely fly off the shelves!

    Yep, your first review was fabulous viewing, friend. Sorry.......you fust tinternet ride were grayt.....!! That accent is wonderful, mate, makes for great watching. Plus, proper comment, not all the nonsense modern chat that too many folk churn out. 4 stone plus weightloss is phenomenal, fair play to you, fella. That Interceptor just makes for great filmimg, too. Lovely colour scheme and........that sound......just superb; I could listen to it all day. I would love one but I'll need to find a 2nd hand one; my pockets arent quite as deep to buy me a new one(even though they seem a bargain). But, if the concensus is that they last well and dont have any reliability issues, long-term, I should be able to find a nice one without selling one of the kids! Shame you're a little late to wring every last drop out of summer on it, but hey, you live around some stunning locations. So, I hope the weather gives you some opportunities and we get the chance to enjoy them with you. Safe riding, friend.

      @@georgezuss2925 I'm blown away by your comment, thank you so much! I guess it's only me then that thinks my accent is shocking, I did try changing it at first some time ago but that just didn't work. I still do alter some words and phrases though due to the fact I'll get constant questions on what the hell I'm talking about 😂 and I don't do the "modern" chat.
      Thanks for the comment on the weight loss too, I had to do something I was getting bigger and bigger by the week so something had to change.
      My interceptor is used, although it looks new and a credit to the previous owner they're not that expensive to buy to be fair and should be pretty cheap to run. I agree too I'm a little late getting it I've been considering it for some time but couldn't decide which model to get, I wish I'd got it while the weather was better. I'll get out on as much as I can (and the Tracer) until the weather turns really nasty. Those quiet lanes and scenery are too good to pass up. More to come as soon as I can and thanks for watching.
