I’ve sold legal services when I used to be a lawyer, been in hospitality sector, Apple, software, AI etc The things is… you must wear the hat of the prospect.. from a purely conversion standpoint, you do what’s right to connect with your prospect… There’s a lot of noise out there.. but the reality is that ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL! If you’re selling to lawyers or doctors, you gotta be serious. If you’re selling to a 21yo bro who just got out of uni and is lost and need a “couch program”, so talk about girls or weed and everyone is laughing and cash is flowing
Hey Matt, I'd like to see your reaction to some of Chris Do's roleplays The guy has been an only role model in my life and I think it'd interesting for you to see his approach to sales considering he has never been a salesperson. I can even find some really interesting videos of him since a lot of the popular ones are more of an attention grabbers
Nah..this ain't it - Iman isn't qualifying right. We still don't understand their processes and the rapport building was cringe never speak about Women and Religion on a call.

Whats funny about gurus like Iman is its clear what kind of audience they drilling in on, which I'm not knocking. I understand I'm not always going to be the target. However, sometimes its like... yeesh. Especially when the video actually does have some decent value - not sure this one did lol - some of the stuff you have to dredge through/ignore is painful. I recently found a video that had some pretty good knowledge but every other line was about how women lack logic or how women can't do sales. Good grief
The point you made about active listening is a key! always be discovering !
