Old school reach back to the modern reach back.
I remember when i was learning 18 years ago. Some people were teaching that on the reach back you would turn your head and look back wards. I always thought it was to hard to throw doing that. I just did like other people were doing and kept my head in the middle when throwing. I find it a lot easier to throw with your head in the middle. Today you don't see anyone throwing looking backwards any more.

Really interesting to learn about old vs new school. A while ago I saw a video from Ezra Aderhold on what he’s doing. He basically keeps the disc in place and as he moves the rest of his body forward, his position looks as if he reached back without actually reaching back. This worked wonders for me. Curious what your take is on that if you have seen that video from Ezra as well.

Aloha Steviewonder, I didn't see Ezra video but people like to refer to it as
A walk around instead of a reach back. I have made videos on it. I like doing the reach back like that. It has a more compact feel to it and fits my throwing style. I guess it is more of a shoulder turn, then a reach back. lol, Aloha Michael
