    Welcome to Week 3 of Mindful Movement! This week is all about Mindfulness and taking time to check in with your body, mind & soul.
    This 30-Minute Breathwork & Meditation class lead by Caley Alyssa will get your body stretching and flowing while syncing your breath with movement, followed by a little meditation. Take some time to check out from outside distractions and check in with yourself!
