    I tend to go for more challenging classes so what I NEED are classes just like today! Caley is fantastic at what she does which is why I will be flying wherever to find a workshop of hers:) Loved all the variations in simple poses but my favorite take away was the beginning where we crossed one leg over and stretched our entire side body. YUM

    Hi Caley, thank you for this practice. I found out quite a lot about my sticky spots! Now I know what parts need more work and attention. So I suppose, mission accomplished?! Yeeeey 😉😀💚 thank you, namaste 🙏

    A special shout out for that strap-assisted shoulder opener! I'm 61 years old, I've had "frozen shoulder" twice (declined recommended surgery), and for years have had trouble with my shoulders aching in the morning. I was SO hesitant to do the move, but worked through it slowly. And when I woke up the next morning - MY SHOULDERS DIDN'T ACHE! 1st time in over a decade! Thank you - have incorporated that move into my every day!

    Loved this sweet and simple sequence with the little "check ins" regarding mindfulness throughout - and to top it off, a little meditation to close the practice. Just perfect and exactly what I needed today. Thank you Caley for your graceful guidance!

    It was so so great to just really focus on checking in with myself and my body and see where I was holding in some tension and what I needed to work on and what was feeling great. Thank you for the mindfulness!

    This class was very telling practice. It's far to often we focus on the goal of a pose and not how our body feels in it. I found I struggled with the strap movement. My arms only went maybe a foot behind my head, but I had not realised I was so tight back there before today. Thanks for helping me bring awareness to all areas of my body!

    Loved the slow pace of this class and the emphasis of being mindful and listening to my body. I surely felt some new tight areas I didn’t know I have when I took it that slow! And the best part is the meditation, loved it! Thank you xoxo

    Amazing such a beautiful practice this morning! I loved coming back to my intentions we set at the beginning and being aware if they have changed! It’s so true that sometimes our intentions will shift a little and it’s okay! Thank you again Caley and aloyoga! Namaste!

    I love how much we slowed down in this class. It made me realize how often I rush through those uncomfortable areas of my practice. Also, I loved ending with a meditation.

    I find myself forgetting to meditate and take a moment to be mindful, so this is just too perfect!

    I am taking a voice class right now that has so much to do with the body. This class helped me be more mindful of my breath. I think this week is going to be very helpful. I can't belive we are half way through already!

    This is why I printed the calendar and then decided not to use it. I absolutely, positively 💛 surprises! Caley this was amazing and so many good vibes. I am ready to start week 3 of Mindful Movements. Love how you started the class with rechecking our goals and our practice from day 1. Love the deep shoulder stretch. I have dislocated my shoulder twice and had labrum surgery (active child/adult) and the shoulder stretched helped with opening everything up. I loved the forward fold stretch. "Super glued" my thighs to ribs. This is one of my goals this year to properly fold from the hips. Loved the frog stretch. Never done that before and loved how you incorporated daily life activities into doing this stretch. I will try while journaling or reading later today. Also, by far my favorite part was when you encouraged me to be "mindful" of my breathing during meditation and if my mind wanders to bring it back as many times I need to. LOVED THAT!!! Oh my word, what a beautiful way to begin my work week and start on a positive feeling. THANK YOU Caley and Alo! 👍🙏💛😄

    This felt sooo kind on my body this morning!
    As i was in the shower before jumping onto my mat I was meditating, on how it was so HARD to get out of bed every morning, a few days from now, my wanting to do this classes has been so strong, nothing else has matter, So I THANK YOU guys for creating this effect on me!

    I️ am used to having a pretty bendy body, but since I’ve been focusing on strengthening lately, and after birthing two baby’s, I️’m surprised at how tight my hips are!! Thank you Caley!

    Is this the third week? NO WAY. I did this at night, at 9.00pm trying to see how would be a bunch of stretching and relaxing moves after a heavy day (so nice that I cannot tell) and do it again toomorrow mornign. Let´s go ahead

    Perfect for a post run stretch, and surely felt that reversed pigeon pose. Do you have any tips on how to begin this pose? I'm really having a hard time doing either pigeon pose actually.. painfully hurtful!

    I don't like having to stop to get straps, blocks, or other things. I don't have these things available. It really makes it hard for me to follow.
