Love it when “Good People” have “Won”!
    Congratulations. You deserve it all.
Taught my “boating” daughter how to back a boat and tow a boat long distances when she was in High School.
    Take care.

Thanks, its a good thing we bought when we did, we'd never get this place in today's market.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL home bud, and with it being 9'ABS that is a MAJOR plus!! The color of the house is awesome, it's definitely Keysie. It looks like you have plenty of area for entertaining, and the private boat ramp is 100 awesome. Also great job teaching your girls how to handle hauling a boat trailer, that will be a very useful life long skill for them. Plus it helps you out so that you don't have to do it all yourself. Thanks for sharing the house, I was wondering if you were ever going to. Also thanks for making the great videos, and keeping things honest /simple.
We visit the lower Keys often, I used to store my boat on Cudjoe. Maybe one of these days we'll see you out and about. Keep up the good work 👍

Thanks, it took a long time to find the right house down here, and we had a lot of offers turned down. Let me know the next time you're down visiting the Cudjoe area.

@@lowerkeysliving you're welcome. I know that finding, and actually being able to close a deal on a home in the Key's is challenging. Especially nowadays, the real estate market is absolutely insane in the Key's right now. I'm guessing that you bought that place a few years ago, great find. I'll get ahold of you the next time we are in town, it would be great to get a few new boating routes from you.

@@lowerkeysliving I recently sold our Key West 2000 cuddy, and now I'm looking for something more suited for the sandbar, Tarpon Belly, Content Keys. We do fish, but not way out due to my inexperience boating on the ocean so I don't need a blue water boat. Im considering a smaller cat because they can handle a bit of rough water, and also go into the shallows. Any suggestions? My girlfriend likes the deck boats for the room, and comfort but I dont see many out while we are there so im guessing they aren't a good fit for the Keys. Any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks

I love the small cat boats for the bay and back water. The combination of super shallow draft, great ride over choppy water and the larger deck the offer checks all the boxes. I was trying to find a 20 or 22' TwinVee but every time one came up for sale it would sell before I got to see it. If you can find a small cat go for it! Hurricane Deck boats would be an alternative and much easier to find too.

We bought at the right time, we'd be nowhere close to being able to by this home in today's market.

Do you ever get bored down there and wish you lived in a big city?

Lived and worked in NYC for a few years - did not like it very much. I make the trip to Miami for work somewhat frequently (and to watch Dolphin Games). Its enough to get my big city fix.
      Thanks for watching!
