Really need to learn a lot. Well, I have learned a lot and have been listening to many gurus and do my meditation and yoga and I'm still so rigid and stuck in my ways. I have a wall between me and my wife at times because I want life to have worked out as I wanted it too. We have had a long on and off Relationship and there have been a lot of things that happened. I know, let go and enjoy my life. Knowing and doing are so far from eachother - it's like a reflex to wall up when something touches my stuff. This all makes perfect sense and yet I am this guy. I need to learn to apply this before I waste too much time
