Amazing view outside those windows. That beautiful sunset to those waters, the pilots who landed smoothly, and a powerful big A330 with amazing sounds, I love it all. Before this video, I saw pictures of deserted airports with these airplanes just parked at their gates or in lines near the gates except for guards who are looking around and Cargo who still flies; I admit, it was a bit scary to see busy airports just sit still. Then I saw this video and I got happy. To be honest, I can't wait for these planes to fly again without any worries and for the people to get better. As much as I love flying and watching them take off, fly, and land, I do care about the people. Stay strong and calm everyone. I think we need these videos to help us get through this time. Thank you JustPlanes for this amazing video.

Beautiful landing at Phuket. It's hard to believe that just ten years or so ago that entire region was devastated and that airport was under water.

Many years ago I aspired to the captain's job and trained for it. Life got in the way, as it so often does, but at least I learned to appreciate good flying and professionalism. This video demonstrated both.

@Paul Martos : That's a shame Paul. What did you do with your flying skills so dramatically curtailed by the vagaries of life?
I'm my case, it was tough to be scrubbed off the course after 12 hours instruction on the Australian built military trainer CAF "Winjeel" (1962), due to my constant habit of _heavy landings._ I eventually got involved in car rallies, water skiing and motorcycle riding. But nothing really can replace the dream of being a competent pilot in my opinion.

As Rnav is basic approach ( in ATIS) you should ask on initial contact with ATC that you are request different kind ( VOR)
