21 Flow NO REPEAT ab workout at home | No rest | No stopping burn 🔥

  • Join me for the 21 Flow NO REPEAT ab workout at home. With no rest and no stopping until we are done. This ab workout will burn but is great and quick and you will be feeling it for a few days
    So if you have tried any of our 21 flow workouts before you will know how they work. We take 21 exercises and work our way through them without stopping and without a rest between each
    Each ab exercise will be performed for 30 secs and we power through each with no repeats and will only take around 10 mins in total
    It will burn , but the nature of it will also feel like it goes by so quick and you will be done in no time
    No equipment needed, just yourself and a little space at home or the gym

    10 Aug 2023: first time to do this workout; completed 3 consecutive rounds with no rest between rounds. (I’m 70.)
