@@iloveclash1918depends on his body fat for example I did abs exercices for 8 month and it's only now I'm seeing very small results but training abs needs discipline it's very long you have to be patient for it

Updating: ⚠️
Day 1️⃣ - pretty easy, almost gave up at the end, definitely burned for a long time after completing the workout. Don’t see any difference.
Day 2️⃣ - got a little harder but pushed through. Stomach still burns after completing. Still don’t see any difference. Arms were sore.
Day 3️⃣ - got a little bit easier. Went by much faster. Stomach still burns. Don’t see differences yet.
Day 4️⃣ - got easier, but I felt unmotivated to do it today but still did it. Stomach is burning still! Bloating has gone down a little but no sign of abs.
Day 5️⃣ - was pretty easy, felt motivated to do it. Felt very fast! Don’t see a difference of abs besides bloating gone down a little
Day 6️⃣ - almost forgot to do it lol. Still burned. See a little progress. Completed without trouble.
Day 7️⃣ - almost forgot again haha but did it. Today burned a lot more than other days. Don’t see much progress.
forgot to do it because i got injured and broke my shoulder, and leg. i’m better now but i’m still recovering so sorry if i don’t update
current update as of may 26: my leg is still injured and i had to get surgery. when i get back into workouts again i promise i will update.
update as of june 12: leg is almost healed, probably will continue this beast video in about 2 weeks

I'm skinny, this is my progress: (I'll keep you updated)
Day 1: I don't think that I'm doing most of the exercises correctly and my feet keep slipping, it still burned during the workout, no progress just yet.
Day 2: improved my form, feet kept slipping, I shouldn't wear socks, it burned way more than yesterday, I see some progress, barely, but still.
Day 3: Maybe I was doing the exercises wrong or something, but it certainly did not burn as much, and it felt like the whole work out was shorter. I think that I'm seeing improvements from yesterday.
Since I wasn't satisfied, I did the workout again today and it burned way more, I think I'm going to have noticable changes around day 5/7
Day 4-5: were rest days, I was kind of sick and could not work out. I'll keep you updated
Day 6: The workout was a lot quicker and seemed like I had a hole in my abdomen, it burned like hell. I finally got it over with and the muscles are way more defined. It's still nowhere close to his but a HUGE leap from where I started.
Day 7: it's like every workout is shorter than the one before that, but is more intense. I got it over with and I'm not seeing improvements from yesterday, although I must stay persistent and do this every day
Update: Sadly, I have sustained an injury and I couldn't work out as much, it has healed enough for me to continue, I'll post an update in ten minutes.
Day 8?: I finished the workout, it hurt way more than I remember, but it was worth it
Day 9-End: Not much to report, it was quick and didn't burn as much
End: I have visible abs, instead of getting a girlfriend I got comments from other guys, 100% worth it 👑

I'm doing the same as well, But I recommend a rest day after each workout, Since in order to get muscles your body needs to heal and rest the muscles you just worked with, This is also best with music and with specific schedules to get motivated and not get burned out quicker. Stay strong friend

for me I usually wait at least 24 hrs after a workout with your same point, for the muscles to rest and grow

Day1: pretty easy and quick.
Day 2: not too sore but got a burn when I did the workout!
Day 3: not sore, the workout burned and I see a little bit of result
Day 4: super unmotivated but did it anyway. Burned as always.
Day 5: seeing results and burned even more than yesterday.
Day 6: really hard today and had me sweating. I’m seeing results and my bloating has gone down mass amounts.

Day 1 - started doing abs workout after a year felt a lil burn ..it feels good to start a comeback
Day 2 - did the workout just now ..no change ..just a +1 in confidence
Day 3 - just staying consistent
Day 4 - workout done ✅
Day 5 - I can see my upper abs coming now
Day 6 - not much change but ig consistency is the key 💪
Day 7 - felt a good burn today REMEMBER to keep your abs muscles a lil tight during every workout and keep your focus on your abs muscles while breathing properly too
Day 8 - it feels goooddddd
Day 9 - felt the burn I can see minor changes now ..
Day 10 - I can see my upper abs clearly now 💪

Day 1: Pretty easy and wasn't too difficult did it twice
Day 2: did it before school but man did i feel my abs hurting and saw little results

I am going to try this. As someone who doesn’t work out at the gym and rarely sticks to any kind of exercise let’s see how far I’ll get. I’m starting this already slim I would just like to see my abs start to shine through. If you’re reading this remember to DRINK WATER.

Weight: 145 lb
Height: 5’10
Day 1: I was able to get through the entire workout pretty easily. Don’t see any difference yet but it felt great.
Day 2: forgot about it
Day 3: second move was a little difficult last one hurt in a good way overall was not too bad and I feel like I’m starting to see some progress
Day 4: skip
Day 5: got through it was kinda difficult cause I was still sore
Day 6: it felt like a good burn definitely feel like my core strength is getting better especially at holding my legs up

Would you recommend doing this routine back to back in the same day? Or doing it once a day consistently.
I find doing it once a day is better but that is just me so you might have to experiment

Alright, so my goal is just too get some abs and strengthen my core. Im a teenager and am gonna do no other workout but this one for a month and keep updating.
DAY 1 - Okay so I completed the whole workout just barely. I had take like three breaks in between and my stomach and shoulders were sore. Thats a good sign.
DAY 2 - Just as hard as yesterday, maybe harder but I only had to take one break, and my abs were less sore than yesterday.
DAY 3 - Slightly less harder than last two days but my shoulders hurt way more and my abs arent sore after the workout. I think its time to increase the number of times I do this in a day. I cant see any progress.
DAY 4 - I did the workout twice today not in a row ofc. But, the workout was much easier and almost no soreness at the end. I see a tiny amount of progress.
