If you feel the back of the sprayer you will feel a plastic tab.CAREFULLY with needle nose pliers pull tab back gently and spray arm will come off.

The plastic screen you pulled off in the beginning you'll notice two holes underneath that screen the red ball belongs in the left hole. They often drop down if it continues you need to replace the ball with a new one.
