9:39 "It's not worth it to go super out of you way into delaying the campaign to clear a single grudge" THATS GOING IN THE BOOK!!!!!!!!
Grudge!
Loved it when Thorgrim said “It’s grudgin’ time!” And grudged all over the greenskin horde. Truly the campaign of all time
Yo dawg i heard you love grudges...
He didn't say that...
@@TheSicarius92 yes, he did, at 4:32
I'm gonna grooodge
"A stunted start to your campaign." I see what you did there.
That's a Grudgin'!
„for a faction with such small legs“ - that‘s going in the book!
*"SHOOOOORRRRRRRRT!?"* 🤬😤
Let the Grudgin Begin 😎
You are GRINDING bro, thanks so much for all your commitment and effort to bring us these guides!!
In terms of units there are also a couple of unique ones for Ironbrow’s Expedition: Carnisaurus as RoR and unique ancestral hero who is basically an ethereal thane with great weapon. Thorek gets them through his unique forge mechanic.
Of all the races in the game I am looking forward to the rework on the Dwarfs the most.
"Short" Victories?! Gonna go to the grudge book.
Another great video mate
ps I know it is a hard topic, but it would be so great if you would make confederation guides for each race.
I hope you do Tomb Kings sometime! I've heard they haven't changed in a long while, but this is my first Warhammer game and that's one of the DLCs I bought. Love the idea of playing with an undying army
Congrats on the 40k, bruv
love to see it
Which faction would you recommend for a first dwarfs playthrough?
Thanes can be great in battle with flame resistant skill and stacked with armour sundering and flame cannons/irondrakes/brimstone copters/dragonfire pass warriors. Mighty melting time. Especially large entities will be reduced to molten puddle in seconds. Much fun
Thanks for the video. I played Thorgrim and I did not get them all. I think it is impossible even to get in contact with the white Dwarf, so I was very frustrated in that campaign. It always makes me sad if I cannot get all the legendary lords. for the Dark Elves it worked (with Malekith) and for the Warriors of Chaos (Be´lakor) too.
Might I recommend the Recruit Defeated Legendary Lords mod? Makes it easier if you like Pokemon-collecting your LLs.
@@noelwym123 Thank you that might be a good solution, but I heard that some mods do not work anymore after new updates or DLC, so I am a bit sceptic .
@@frecherpeltast4592 Mod authors on the Steam workshop tend to be pretty fast when it comes to updating their mods. Generally within a week of a patch dropping, unless the mod is truly dead.
The quality of this video is good, for an Umgi.
Dwarves are my favourite faction, but my two attempts to play them in Immortal Empires have both kinda failed. First with the high king and than with the white dwarf :/
high king is place in between all the greenskins and the skavens etc. Nasty position to begin at. It is rather though to be located there.
Nice video lad. You earned ypurself s pint at the pub. 😉
If I confederate another dwarf lord, do I gain his faction effects and army benefits?
You gain the Lord's army effects (those are the LL's starting character trait), but not the faction effects.
I usually play Greybeard's prospectors or I use mods to expand the roster, using controversial units like cavalry, rune golems and such.
I like to RP the dwarfs going all modern, which in my opinion is one of the weaknesses they have. Advancements in long range and firepower as well as heavy units is what the army needs to go forward if it wants to survive the end times. Greybeard's prospectors for the win.
Rune golems aren't "modern" - they actually existed in the old RPG. The caveat being that the Dwarfs lost the ability to make them during the Time of Woes and there's not a single working example left in any of the current Holds.
dwarfs are one of the tww1 races though
