I’m so amazed by the tree limbs that bloomed what a beautiful piece of live art. Funny I’ve never been to New York but every since I saw the movie Crooklyn I’ve been in love with Brown Stones homes. The entire vibe from the outside stairs and throughout. Absolutely beautiful!!!!

I’m born and raised in NY and had to move to Houston because the cost of living is cheaper. I’ve always wanted to buy a brownstone but alway felt like I couldn’t afford it and that it was impossible. Man this just made me smile and have me dreaming about buying a brownstone 🥰

It's definitely not as common in present time. She spoke more on how it was done in previous generations. Everyone I've featured on my channel that owns their home bought on their own. But I thought it was important to include how it was done in the past to give people another option.
Fun fact: Here in Texas, the hidden bar is called a Baptist Bar. The townhome is gorgeous! Wish we could afford NYC! Goals!

My first step on the property ladder was really to pool resources to help a friend buy a house. We bought half each and she bought me out a couple of years later when I was promoted to a job that came with a 2 bed house!

It’s a lovely space, I was thinking the same thing about the artwork and television all hung to high. I learned the hard way that art is supposed to be hung more eye level so that it can be enjoyed. The love above the dining table is gorgeous but is too high. The rule for the television is, it should be at eye level when sitting on the sofa. ❤️

Lovely house!! Just perfect as it is, but has space to grow if you decide to have kids. You never have to move again, it’s a forever home. Wish we could have seen the guest apartment too.

Thank you. It was nice to have a little space to do whatever I wanted with, even if it’s just a small corner of the home. My fiancé bathroom is stunning but I felt like his fits his personality and mine fits me. Everyone is happy.
