That’s how I first got linked on your site, I was searching for various looks on pixie cuts, and there you were, even on Pinterest. Then I searched further and saw you had makeup tutorials and I really enjoy them, all of them! Thank you for your hard work!❤️🇨🇦😀🐶
Sharalee, Your hair is always fabulous, but growing it out makes it just like everyone else. You have such a signature look, and no one rocks it like you do. My vote, keep it short and keep inspiring all the rest of us. Roberta 😘
Hi Sharalee, my 2 cents is this. Your pixie turns heads because of your particular overall style---the undercut, the lightening in certain areas, along with the spiking! When you present your pixie cut, it’s distinctive and a headturner soliciting a, “your haircut is beautiful! Where did you get it done?” If you are tired of the compliments, (humppph) change the style! I wouldn’t! I have thin, blonde hair and use 4 different products on it along with some backcombing; and after spraying, some lifting. When I’m done, I love it, but it’s work. Just when I think I should start growing it out, I go back to my pixie, because I just feel more “distinctive.”❤
I am growing out a short pixie that I have worn for years. Having regular trims and style tips from my stylist has been the secret! I’m 58 years old. Have worn a super-short pixie since I was 30! This is a huge change for me. Regular trims and style tips!
I'm going to my stylist for a tidy up on my growing out pixie today ! This is just what I'm after ,great advice ,I certainly have the mushroom now uuuuuggggg 😢 !! So looking forward to my new style. So lovely watching you thanks guys 😂❤❤❤❤❤
I was growing my pixie out until my 4 year old granddaughter told me my hair looked like a bread bowl 😂😂😂. So I went back to an undercut and have more of asymmetrical pixie with a longer bang and this might be my most favorite yet! Super quick to style!
❤🎉😮 Sharalee your hairdresser should pay you lol because you're the best pixie model she could have!! I'm partial to long hair, but I've never seen a pixie like yours -- you're so cute with it and style it so nice!! 😊❤️😍
You totally rock a pixie and have inspired so many with it! Think of the support you have given me with mine. ❤ I’m finally beginning to not stress as much each morning. I’m going lighter this weekend and trimming up the back. No way can I go longer once spring and summer hit. Far too humid here for my thick hair! 🤦♀️ Hugs, dear friend!! You are beautiful!!!
I grew mine out, thinking maybe a short bob. Ended up well past my shoulders for over 3 years. I got so sick of how heavy it was so I cut it all off in January and am just now getting used to short pixie hair again. Keep it short!
I'm happy to hear that you are not growing out your pixie cut because I love it and you look fantastic with that cut. You are the reason I cut my long hair and got a pixie cut like yours. I love my hair now and feel better about myself.
I completely understand the want for change. I had my under cut pixie for about 25 years. I finally grew mine out about 2 years ago. I went through a bob phase for a year and now I'm longer. Good luck with whatever you choose to do. You're beautiful inside and out Sharalee. ❤LOVE❤, Kimber (Your Austin, Texas Sister in Beauty and Faith)🥰🙏
You are such a doll you look gorgeous in every cut I have seen you wearing. Switching it up every so often keeps your style fresh and interesting. Allowing some length and shifting the shape sounds fun!
You’re my short hair inspiration! Pixies are more versatile than people think and even though I get the urge for a bob style sometimes, it is so nice not having to fuss over it. A little pomade and I’m out the door! You’re beautiful ! 😍
Keep on being an advocate for us short hair lovers! So many women insist on keeping their hair long when it clearly no longer suits them. PS, thank you for turning me on to MAC "O" lipstick, it,s now my signature color!
Please keep that style you look great in it I started growing my out and finally getting the length that I want you give great tips on how to style it give your fur baby a hug while you gave a wonderful Easter take care
Super cute! I think she does a great job. I prefer the short and I just gave myself a little trim so I could hold off longer between salon visits. LOL!!!
Oh wow growing out your pixie and my pixie is also longer but I was thinking of going shorter. I have a hair appointment tomorrow so am glad I saw your salon visit Your hair looks great. Maybe I’ll change my mind. Think I’ll go back to the video and take a couple pics of finished look to show my girl tomorrow love the salon visits. 👍🩷😘
Your pixie cut was so cute and inspired me to get mine cut into a pixie. Had never had one before and I loved it. Wore it like that for about a year and a half. Back in August of 2023 started growing it out. I’m so excited to be able to wear a ponytail and a messy bun soon! My hair still has a ways to go but I’m actually enjoying the journey and haven’t worn a baseball cap 🧢 yet❤
Change is good! I wore a pixie for years. Grew it out several years ago to a chin length layered bob. I’ll never go pixie short again. You do what makes you happy!
No doubt you always have looked terrific in the pixie. Can be a fun challenge to grow it out, tho! You're so creative and talented, it will be fun for us to watch how u manage it. (I grew mine out after MANY years. Painful, but loving the new fun versatilty!)
It is always a good day when Sharalee has a haircut video. You and Kristin both look beautiful today! I didn’t quite catch what Kristin said to do if it gets too bouffant-y? About 3 weeks into my cut, that is how it feels…starting to veer dangerously close to the “little old lady bouffant”, at least in my mind! I’m still having trouble getting that piece-y texture in my baby fine hair too…that is what makes the cut!
🥰 I think Kristen's fix for that is to use the thinning sheers and do a lot more texturizing. She has said in the past that deeper point cuts through the top and along the sides help give the look of piecey texture on fine hair.
Absolutely stunning! You really rock that look Sharalee 🎉 I must add, that I love the way your stylist laughs, it is so contagious... she is just so cute ❤ you make a great Team.
I flip back and forth between pixie and med length. I'll let it grow out during winter and think "oh I like this". Then summer comes and I say "what was I thinking?" 😅 We'll see this time. My hair is thinner now. You'll look good both ways!
Fabulous hair as always! Love watching you gals! Nice to see all the changes! I have not been successful at growing out my pixie yet!! Can't wait to see what you do next!!
Sharalee I can’t thank you enough for all the positive changes you have guided me to make. Now I look beautiful. You are awesome!!! I thoroughly enjoy your videos and I feel like I’m there with you learning more & more and simply making me pretty. I had really let myself go.
I love a pixie and truly my hairdreer I just fabulous in cutting short hair. If I want to change my pixie up a little I always take a pictureofyou. Love it. Love it.
Your timing of this video is perfect! I too am letting my very short pixie grow into something longer. Final destination for me is also unknown. The mushroom effect that Kristin mentioned is real and I think one of the most difficult things to deal with. But I learned some great tips in this video as usual and am looking forward to seeing more hair tutorials as you navigate the changes, particularly on the difficult, awkward length days.
I grew mine out in the crown & back over the winter ~ kept the undercut short because my hair is so thick & my cowlicks are insane!🤪 It was ok for a while, but this last cut, a week ago, I had to get rid of all that extra hair! It was just looking blah😛 Feeling better now!😂 You will ALWAYS look fabulous no matter what style you choose! As much as we, your loyal "fans", may have our opinions, you do what you want & don't worry about us! We'll adjust!😁 Thanks for taking us along for the ride! Hi Kristen! As always, great work!☺️ Sending hugs from frigid Western PA! Xx🥰
Thanks Sharalees I'm 53 years young and I have grown my pixie out and this summer maybe sooner I'm going to do a revers frost to my white hair.I'm hoping you would be able to see more texture. Any way love your channel! keep up the good work! Sarah
Started growing my pixie out 12.13.23 wow can't believe how long it is tho Andrew Lessman hair skin nails swear by his products take marine Ms collagen family and friends also comment on my hair growth plus the shine health. I now know pixie style isn't for me like longer hair.
I do not have thick hair. Your pixie has inspired me. I showed my stylist your pictures from Pinterest such a great style. Just wish I had more hair. I love yours
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates I am loving my pixie, I don't think I would ever go back. It took a lot of Courage to cut my hair off.But now that I did i'm so happy. Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos.
I'm a firm believer that any woman can wear short hair and all that's required is the confidence to wear it (and a great stylist, of course!) Wish more women would try it, at least once, because it's so versatile and so much fun. I'm keeping a shaved neckline and short perimeter but growing out the undercut and the bangs and layers, so every day is a new adventure!
Got color & cut today... really needed it! Color is a bit lighter... less yellow blonde. A different style as well. We'll see if I can fix it this new way when I do it myself!
I think your hair always looks so pretty. But I have to say I am partial to the shorter, bright blonde styles. I think you look so good with the shorter type styles because they just look so stylish and you really so good at going back and forth between “edgy” and “soft & classic”. Whatever you decide to do going forward, I am sure you’ll be beautiful and will continue to love watching your hair cut and styling videos! ❤💇🏼♀️
I’m 50 and have had short pixie hair for 95% of my life. I had platinum highlights and was getting my hair cut every 5 weeks. I simply could not keep up with the cost and the maintenance of the style anymore. I first grew out the highlights which took about 9 months now I’m about 9 months into the actual grow out and it’s the most maddening thing I’ve ever done!! lol 😂 A baseball hat is a must to survive the worst of it! Regular trims, about every 4 months, to help keep the “mullet” in check is a must! Is it the best decision I ever made, no! Lol But I am determined to get it long enough to start doing some updo styles and bust out the curling iron to make some loose waves. 🌊 it’s definitely a painful process!! It’s too long and too short all at the same time!! If you know, you know!! Best of luck with your new style!! ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻
I like your pixie you should keep it. My cut was similar to yours but I've been growing it out for 7 months now and it's been a challenge. I quit doing color because I wanted to see how much grey hair I have and I'm really pleased with it now.
Wow. Just when I am going tomorrow and thinking of getting my long pixie hair cropped even shorter at the back and sides and highlighted. I think it’ll be good for you to have a change and go longer and maybe a colour change too. It’s such fun and so exciting to mix it up a little. Although I’m always nervous, my stylist is always changing mine and I really just love it whether it’s long to short, short to long , perms, colour change. I think you’d look great longer maybe a short asymmetric bob with one side cropped close and around the ears with the hairline angled from short to long as it goes around. Looking forward to seeing your new style develop ❤
Hello sweet, beautiful friend . You know you have always inspired me to try new things. You always look so amazing and beautiful. Not that i matters, but my vote is keep your short pixie. Thank you for sharing this with us 😍
Like you I have had my pixie for years. Recently I let my hair grow a bit. My hairdresser suggested we change it up a bit soooo. I found that the pixie made me look younger than the longer hair because I’m older now and longer hair didn’t suit. If you decide to grow it out please don’t let it get too long - perhaps just a longer version of your pixie. Your hair is your signature - looks fantastic on you.
As usual you look fabulous! Every time I cut my hair and try to dupe it, you change it. I can’t keep up. I have to say that I prefer you with more blonde, it looks great on you!
Hi Sharalee, your look changes are always great, but remember that the super short hair with the nape of your neck exposed looks spectacular on you, I hope we can see it soon. greetings
I love your hair!!!! Your entire coloring, hair and makeup is gorgeous! Please tell me what lip colors you are wearing. I've been trying to recreate that look and I'm struggling. It's so Pamela Anderson, early 90s and I love it.
Keep the pixie, Sharalee, as you have inspired so many of your viewers. Summer will be here soon!
🥰♥️ Pixies are definitely the only way to go for hot summer weather😆
I love your pixie! I sent the video of the time you had flower petals shaved in your cut and told her I want to try this this summer.
My vote is keep the pixie. Love your style so much!
When you look up pixie, your picture comes up, lol, you rock that style❤
🥰♥️😘
That’s how I first got linked on your site, I was searching for various looks on pixie cuts, and there you were, even on Pinterest. Then I searched further and saw you had makeup tutorials and I really enjoy them, all of them! Thank you for your hard work!❤️🇨🇦😀🐶
Keep the pixie! I got mine cut very similar, and I love it!
I vote to keep the pixie cause it looks so darn good on you! Your stylist cuts it to perfection and no one can rock a pixie like you do! ❤🥰
Sharalee, Your hair is always fabulous, but growing it out makes it just like everyone else. You have such a signature look, and no one rocks it like you do. My vote, keep it short and keep inspiring all the rest of us. Roberta 😘
Agree. But, she can still have a longer short haircut (specially at the top in the back area).
I'm a fan of the shorter versions for sure!
Girl! Wear your hair however you darn well please! Changes are always stimulating! Just have fun! You rock that hair no matter what style you wear.
Hi Sharalee, my 2 cents is this. Your pixie turns heads because of your particular overall style---the undercut, the lightening in certain areas, along with the spiking! Loving the new growth! Kristen is the perfect stylist. Thanks Kristen, if you read comments. Your hair looks great also! Thanks for sharing!❤
That Pixie looks fantastic on you! It has a bit of edge to it but still keeps a polished feel. Kristen did an awesome job!
You can wear your hair so well pixie short or longer. Looks great! You inspired me to cut my hair from a bob to a pixie and I love it!
Yay!! So happy you are loving your pixie!!😍
I loved the short pixie. You look so good with it!!

I got my hair cut in a pixie because of your videos.... I loved it so much.
Love the new haircut video, Sharalee. Also love Kristen's long curls too. Great video!

Glad to hear you're keeping your pixie❤❤❤
I had my pixie trimmed today, and am also wearing it a bit longer than usual. I love my front longer like yours. You both are fabulous!!❤✂️
You look perfect in a pixie..your stylist is a blessing❤
Nooooo it looks so good really short and blonde
I luv this hairstyle on you!! I am trying so hard to get my like yours!!
I think you will be beautiful in any style. I’m excited to see what you do with it next.
Thanks for sharing how she trims your hair as it always looks so beautiful
I really like this length! As always, you look gorgeous!
Absolutely stunning! You really rock that look Sharalee 🎉
I must add, that I love the way your stylist laughs, it is so contagious... she is just so cute ❤ you make a great Team.
You look fantastic with a pixie hair cut ❤

You are so lucky to have such a talented Hair stylist !
Totally agree!!✂️😍
Finally I can see a REAL GROW OUT done by expert pixie stylist
I'm at this stage and it horrifying how hopeless hairdressers can be So TY x💕
You were my encouragement to cut mine back into a pixie again after being long. Now in the training stages. My hair has a mind of its own
Change is good. You will look fabulous no matter what you choose.
Awww, thank you💗
Phenomenal haircut. Very talented hair stylist. I love it.
No one has a pixie as good as yours and no one looks as good so keep it
Awww, thank you🥰♥️

Love the new look. As always fun to watch and great tips. Thank you both ❤
You have the pixie of my dreams. Please keep it, it suits you so well!
Looks Fabulous!!
I do not have thick hair. Your pixie has inspired me. I showed my stylist your pictures from Pinterest such a great style. Just wish I had more hair. I love yours
Your hair is amazing so suits you x
Keep your pixie. you inspired me to get my haircut and your hair always looks so wonderful. You are an inspiration to so many of us
Thank you, sweet lady🥰 Yes, I think I would REALLY miss my pixie if I grew it totally out!
@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates I am loving my pixie, I don't think I would ever go back. It took a lot of Courage to cut my hair off.But now that I did i'm so happy. Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos.
No! You have the greatest, prettiest short pixie cuts ever!
Oh, your pixie is beautiful! You would look good no matter how you wear your hair! ❤
Got color & cut today... really needed it! Color is a bit lighter... less yellow blonde. A different style as well. We'll see if I can fix it this new way when I do it myself!
Hair day is the BEST! You got this😘
I think your hair always looks so pretty.
No no no keep your pixie. Your hair is my inspiration! Just change your colour a bit :)
Thank you for that encouragement!😍 Yes, I'm definitely looking forward to the next color appointment!
Would you ever go darker instead of blonde up top? Would love to see you as a red head.
Looking beautiful as always! Whatever style you decide to go for, you have Kristen by your side so you’re in good hands! 😊👌🏻❤️
You've got great hair and a great stylist! I'm keeping my pixie short because I'm all about less time and less product 😊
Yes, the shorter styling time and less product are the two things I'm really missing!!😆
Think the short pixie is your jam….don’t change it!
I like your pixie you should keep it. My cut was similar to yours but I've been growing it out for 7 months now and it's been a challenge. I quit doing color because I wanted to see how much grey hair I have and I'm really pleased with it now.
I am cutting my off next week, so excited. I had a pixie before and loved it. Grew is during Covid, and I am ready for it to come back .❤❤❤❤
Oh yay!! Can't wait for you to return to the pixie club!💖
@@SharaleesBoxOfChocolates me either!! I am over having my hair in a ponytail all the time.
It would be fun to see a new style on you, you would be beautiful in any style.
KEEP YOUR SHORT “DO”!!!!!!!! Looks so good on you 🥰
Hello sweet, beautiful friend . You know you have always inspired me to try new things. You always look so amazing and beautiful. Not that i matters, but my vote is keep your short pixie. Thank you for sharing this with us 😍
I think a new look would be fun, but your pixie is the best so whatever you decide you’ll look fabulous.
It looks wonderful ❤. I went shorter last week and it working so far.
I grew out mine just because I wanted to. Love my long hair. It’s wavy and has a bit of curl! Started during Covid.
Like you I have had my pixie for years. Recently I let my hair grow a bit. My hairdresser suggested we change it up a bit soooo. I love your hair!!!! Your entire coloring, hair and makeup is gorgeous! Please tell me what lip colors you are wearing. I've been trying to recreate that look and I'm struggling. It's so Pamela Anderson, early 90s and I love it.
Oh, thank you so much!! I was wearing the new MAC-ximal Silky Matte Lipstick in the shade "Soar". It's definitely a new favorite!
