I love this video, I'm 66,had cancer and my hair was balding in spots on top, I tried castor oil, leave it I one day and I take extra strength biotin, and my hair filled in and grew! 😂Now I have a full pixie, So Happy! Than for all your great tips🎉!!!!

@@sandyh8755 the pure castor oil is very thick and super sticky! I would pour some out into my palm and tap it on the bald spots, and cover my hair with a scarf, the next morning I washed it out, take extra strength biotin with this, good luck, it worked for me!
I’m 77 and keep going shorter with my pixie cut. I don’t like my hair any other way. I stopped wearing make up when I retired and was working with dogs a lot. But a lot of health problems cropped up about a year and a half ago. So now i am starting to play with make up again and I love it! I love that you put the names of the products on your post. I learned a lot from your post. Oh, yes, try false eye lashes. I’ve never worn them but I think they would be fun.

I’m a great believer in products 👍🏻 I’m 61 and just cut my own hair from a bob into a pixie cut same as you. My hair is naturally wavy so your style and methods of drying suits my hair. You look fabulous and young at heart like me. Of course you should have a pixie. Shorter style takes the eye up and lifts the face. I use a defuser on my hair dryer which gives volume and hold the natural wave then use a brush in areas I want smoothing. Everything you say is my hair, my bangs drive me made too. Spiky and textured I love. Seeing your hair shorter over your ears has encouraged me to cut mine the same. I have it longer over my ears to have tucked behind my ears. Your method and end result looks great too! Go girl 🫶🏻👏🏻🇬🇧 Hope all was well on your appointment. Keep being you you are beautiful 💗

I also am 5' tall and wear my hair super short. I am 71 and stopped coloring my hair in 2010. My hair is light brown and silver gray. I don't fuss with it, just blow dry and I am done.
I am under 5 ft but have a really small face.got a pixie today ..lowlights and a manicure never do that I feel great.even bought a hair thing with "diamonds' to dress it up.

I lost my hair and curls to chemo, when it grew back I liked the short pixie look and I have worn it that way for 20yrs. It’s relatively easy to take care of, my hair has a mind of its own, spiked or pieced this style is very forgiving. I am basically time poor and can’t hold my arms up for too long to do much with the hairdryer, so however it dries is how I wear it. My difficult side is my right as that is the side I sleep on, bed hair. Now 70 and seriously, age is just a number. On the plus side I have my hair, and I’m still here. 👩🏻🦰😉

Looks good on you! It's SO important to get a cut the wearer can handle. Doesn't matter that the stylist can fix it! They need to make sure the person getting the new cut can style it! Love that pixie cut on you!

Absolutely, I’m 69 and I’ve been wearing a pixie for years ever since my hair turned gray not a day goes by that I don’t get a compliment on my hair, sometimes people even take pictures of it to show their own hairdressers. I use similar products on my hair. I also have natural curly hair. Keep on smiling!❤
LOVE the pixie cut on you, makes you look young, along with your upbeat attitude. Inspires me to go back to a pixie, I'm almost 68 and currently wearing a short bob, since I am still going to the time and expense of getting hair color once a month to stay a redhead, so more hair to show! I’m 75 with very few grey hairs. If I see one I pull it out by the root! My mother didn’t go grey till nearly 80. I cut my own hair short in layers at the top and sides but have trouble layering at the back so tend to just leave it unlayered there and just cut it short. Luckily I’m not too fussy how it looks and don’t care who might think it’s badly cut. My hair is mousey brown.

We have the same cut. I’ve always had fine hair, and I think now that I’m older and it’s even finer, it just looks better short. I’ve been using ColorWow Xtra Large mousse and ColorWow Raise the Root - lots of piecey volume but no dry crunchiness.

I love your hair! I’m 71 and I think we can wear whatever hairstyle we want. lol. My hair is grey, fine and thin and I wear it short, have for years. I wish I could get my hairdresser to cut it like I want but I’ve given up hope on that. I always say I do the best I can with what I have to work with.
Personally, I think older people look better with shorter hair. I would love to know the color and the brand you use for your hair to color your hair you make it look so easy I love it!❤❤❤
