Eh, even if I have better arts loopers, they're SSRs. Having a 4* option to free up some deployment cost so I can fit in that last CE or back-line Servant I want to bond grind with is often worth it if they're just as reliable. It's why I still use Sieg for generic Assassin farming, for instance.
I don't know about bad stats considering some of the crazy stuff i seen people do with them based on their set ups. And similar to sieg they can even loop berserker nodes which is something i feel is something most overlook when an arts or quick unit can loop in berserker nodes
They get an EX-Rank for being the most difficult Welfare Servant to pick from for the duo you actually get to use. One of the original three, then that Valkyrie gets her respective newer sister to be used and there are three new Valkyries as well, but we can only get one of the new Valkyries that's associated with one of the original three that we knew and picked. Plus, unlike with Mech. Liz(es), each Valkyrie has a different VA and personality. Oh, double Castoria means that it takes about two Art Crits for them to go from 0% NP to 100% NP with the right CEs, so they're not bad really. They might not be able to BG Loop with their NP gain rate being low (better than CasGil thankfully as Summer Valk gets a Mana Burst and an NP Gen Buff in two skills), but that's hardly an issue unless you're going for high Lvl 90+(+(+)) nodes. They aren't the worst Welfare we've gotten so far at least, and they do just fine, they traded off Crit Star generating for NP looping which isn't a bad thing for f2ps. The only 'negative' that I could point out is how a part of their kit only works on 'Valkyries' only, meaning that the extra effect is lost on 98% of the entire roster until we get the Valkyries in non-Lancer/Assassin classes.
In my opinion the further you limit a skill the stronger it should be, as the NP gain up is limited to valkyries only meaning 99% of the time it’s going to be single target only it should have a more hefty buff at 20-40% depending on level.
Already picked and grailed Ortlinde because at least her summer version reminds me of my vtuber oshi in terms of looks and the sound of her voice lol. In all fairness, I did the same for my multi-NP Ibuki, Wu, and Skadi too
You say they're only good for farming, I say that's what we do 99% of the time in this game. I'll probably use them with Xu Fu/Bride+Memelina once they're maxed out, since I'm using Okita J. right now. Then again, I can do the 90++ once I mlb the damage CE.

about the appends 4:25 and 9:50 : i agree it's not generally worth taking but since it's a welfare servant so we get enough coins to be able to do all 3 of their appends with leftovers so unless you plan to 120 them you can pretty freely at least unlock the appends since it's just a buff even at level 1. for append 3 it's niche but i mean i guess if there is some rider/saber (especially if they're earth which is pretty common) it could help in some scenarios at basically no cost (20% is 20% and again it's basically free for welfares). small point but might be worth noting for event welfare spotlights? since newer welfare get enough coins on their events

They can really put in the hurt with a bit of star absorption or by flooding the field with some stars. Better than the previous versions - i think you still need to put in some BGM so it doesn't sound too empty? looking forward to the return to the old style tho
Unfortunatly not, but they are steadily adding old welfare servants and their ascension mats to the rare prism shop so eventually you will be able to buy the mats with prisms

Are you stopping actually editing videos now? That's a real shame. I've got to be honest, I really don't like seeing, or want to see streaming interface stuff for a proper video, I feel like we're going backwards. The gifs are insanely distracting as well. Hopefully fingers crossed this is just a one off because there's so many units in this year's summer, but you do you man.
I'm planning on removing the stream interface for the future spotlights since a lot of people find it distracting. But the stream format is gonna stay. There will be editing (like adding gameplay and pics for emphasis), and I will continue to change and improve it like always though. The issue with the old format is if I switch back to it people will complain when I miss spotlights / vids etc... That format greatly limits how many videos I can produce. So yes, even though this may be a little less organized, it does allow me to make videos for every servant consistently as well as talk about news and do other content I always wanted to do for the channel but never had the time for (banner reviews, tier lists, event guides etc...)
My guy why are you comparing her to Iyo? She's the first good AOE arts assassin looper lmao. B is definitely low when her compatition in class is this bad.

I'm just happy to finally have an Arts looping Assassin for regular nodes. Rider nodes are weirdly tanky, so neutral/Zerk damage can sometimes snag.
