Ah, how curious - I did this routine right after your "60 Min Full Body Deep Stretch Recovery Yoga for Athletes and Runners to Relieve Sore Muscles & DOMS" (which, by the way, rocks!) :)
This was great. I especially appreciate how you really point out where you should be feeling each stretch. I think you missed repeating a twist on the opposite side but I snuck it in during your setup for the next pose :)
I was feeling sore and tired today from my workouts this week. I was going to take a nap, but I did this routine instead. I'm so glad I did!! I feel much better now. I'm energized and relaxed. At first I was like, "I don't know about this slow stretching stuff.", but I stuck with it and did the whole video. Now it's my new favorite!! So good!
That's exactly the flow I was looking for! It targets all muscles and helps to release tension and soreness with some nice variations, thank you so much! :)
Wonderful stretching, and amazing body scan. My only humble suggestion is consider adding return of energy and gradual move to hero pose. This would add a guided return. What a relaxing routine. Your cat pose is beautiful. Namaste.

I'm no athlete but I did mulch all day yesterday and came in super sore. This practice came just in time and was perfect to stretch out and loosen up. By the way, I always love the pan up the big tree into the sky. Perfect ending after a great practice!

The pose @27:00 : It is like m abs are keeping me from bending forward. Like they are in the way somehow. Can this be the case or do I just have short inner thigh muscles?
