Transgender people are just people like us who are victimized by the media and society to become even more confused.
We all have responsibility to help each other including about *Sex* that seems taboo.
The Bible already gave us clear definition about everything. God wanted us to be like Him in every way.
      Sex is just one thing.
The 10 commandment is the main agenda that we should obey.
When we obey the Law, we all will comeback to Heaven standard.
These 2 beautiful people really showing about humility.
I hope trans people watch this video as inspiration so they can lead to God.

      Romans 13:8-10
Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
      Romans 14:13-14
Therefore let us not pass judgment on one another any longer, but rather decide never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother. I know and am persuaded in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself, but it is unclean for anyone who thinks it unclean
If you don't have experience, with this you don't know what it is like. This community faces enough prosecution... Jesus died for our sins and there are many other things we can prioritize besides dressing as male or female. We can look to other things within ourselves that can improve how we treat others... to love others like ourselves. Why do we focus on this aspect? How does this lifestyle impact you? Perhaps this was important at a time when we had to multiply to survive... but now there are higher priorities. I pray that God opens peoples eyes to discern what the priority really is... and the consequences of their actions. You have to pick and choose your battles and I don't believe this is one that should be promoted. If anything, this is pushing people away from God WHICH IS WAY WORST. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT STOPPING PEOPLE FROM PUSHING OTHER PEOPLE AWAY FROM GOD IS THE PRIORITY. Not proving yourself right... Not condemning people.

Like the lady in pink mentioned.. how can we love Him if we reject his creation as if He made a mistake? We pick & choose what we like & what makes us comfortable & reject truth & Gods creation. Denying our flesh actually produces authentic freedom because Gods very nature is good. He knows way more than we do & has our best interest @ heart. If we don’t trust that we cannot glorify Him.

I think when we actually care about the other person it changes how we talk to each other. We can often see each other as enemies or worse. We have a way of dehumanizing each other when we disagree.
Sexuality is a very significant force in our life and it can really effect us. Lust is a big problem for a lot of people and men especially. I think that men have failed to protect sexuality and healthy sexual practices. The male sex drive is incredibly powerful. Likewise women are very sexual creatures.
Why is there so much confusion, frustration, hurt/pain, and dysfunction with human sexuality? I don’t know the answer except that I think that whatever evil forces might be at work they attack our most vulnerable parts. Hurting human sexuality has huge consequences not just for one person but for so many. We need the truth, we need compassion, we need self-control, we need genuine love, we need healing, and we need a purpose that goes beyond our fragile identities.
I hope that people who have struggles with core identity like gender and sexuality will be loved and find the love of a good God. We need to accept people where they are but we need to speak the truth with kindness.

Here's an example: I feel hungry. My instinct is to eat foods that make my tastebuds feel happy like pizza and ice cream and steaks, etc. My reason, however, tells me that if I want good long-term health I should make healthier choices and not give in to these instincts every day. Sometimes it means eating some veggies that are not so exciting. Health (unfortunately) won't come by satisfying my feelings and desires. Luckily I have reason which helps me make smart choices.
No matter how happy pizza makes me it will never be healthy enough for daily consumption so my feelings have to give way to facts and reason.

@fearmongeringsells this right here is the EXACT piece I, myself, struggle with (with my own trans kid). You wrote your comment a year ago, I’m sure no one will ever see this… But honestly this is where Protestant teaching and more strict Christian teachings really differ. My child is my responsibility to raise- I bear the true authority and responsibility of her upbringing in the eyes of God (not the grandparent). But I simultaneously want to love and accept her for whatever choices and mistakes she may make, not condemning and pushing her away, even though I am very much against trans ideology. Anyone who is a Christian parent of an LBGT individual probably has a little bit of an internal struggle around this. But meanwhile, any other person that I didn’t have such a moral responsibility to, I would feel it more right to tell them they are loved regardless, Jesus loves you, I love you, I empathize, etc., as I’m sure this grandmother’s intention was. I cannot fathom that Jesus or God wants us to shun someone. I just can’t. It’s so hard, honestly. I just pray and pray and pray, but it feels hopeless I will reach her.

Wow, that is amazing news! Those who believe in Christ have eternal life, will never be condemned for their sins, and have already passed from death into life. Please read John 5:24 - we already have victory in Christ, so we can't give up the rest of the battle on earth! Do not discouraged by peers who may deny your experience and journey - they can't fully know the power of your transformation through the Holy Spirit unless or until they experience it themselves, so don't give their voices an undeserved pedestal. Whether the journey is detransition or anything else, people pleasing/worship is a strong temptation and potential idol, and God calls us just to be obedient to Him, so don't get distracted by wanting others to be pleased with your journey. In time, if their hearts aren't hardened, they will see the fruit of what Christ is doing in you, and your path may even be the start of their conversion to Christ. All the best to you, and stay protected in prayer, scripture, and true fellowship!

It’s not about it being natural or unnatural bud. The fact that she uses the word struggle presents to us the fact that there is still suffering in our walks with Christ. Christ himself suffered and was tempted. God could very well take all bad feelings and “unnatural” attractions from us. But when we as carnal humans still struggle with it, it shouldn’t be deemed as not completely delivered. God is able and what I took from this is that there is edification in suffering and that is the beautiful part about surrendering.

The slavery in the Bible was not based exclusively on race. People were not enslaved because of their nationality or the color of their skin. In Bible times, slavery was based more on economics; it was a matter of social status. People sold themselves as slaves when they could not pay their debts or provide for their families. In New Testament times, sometimes doctors, lawyers, and even politicians were slaves of someone else. Some people actually chose to be slaves so as to have all their needs provided for by their masters.
" ppl chose THEMSELVES to be slaves for 7 years if they had debts and after paying their debts and they were free to walk away, MANY of them CHOSE to remain. This slavery is not the same as the one you re thinking of.
2."This passage needs to be read in context with the entire book of Numbers. The virgins and young girls were spared for a specific purpose-not for rape-but because they were innocent of the earlier crimes of the Midianites. In Numbers 25:1-2, we read that the Midianite women were culpable for seducing the Israelite men. This act was more than simply sleeping around. These men were seduced into Pagan worship, as a result (Num. 31:16-18). Remember, ancient Near Eastern worship was not an innocent or innocuous form of religious worship; it was a child-sacrificing abomination! For this reason, Dawkins (and other critics) apparently miss the point."

And when we read the scripture and truly accept it in our hearts as the direct word from God then our minds are renewed and God speaks to us what we have to do and how we have to be to please Him. So often we are sadly superficial in our faith, as she said. We think God died for us and that‘s great and now I‘ll go and do whatever I want with no hesitation or not following boundaries set by the Bible. I‘m so sorry but what I see from him is a superficial kind of general thought process that the world has too. @@smileybits7833 However, transgressions and iniquities are everyday and even Christians struggle to keep up the works. No Christians have fully grasped perfection either. I intend to follow God through his grace and by His word but we'll be lying to ourselves if we say we are free from sin even as a Christian. At least I know the Bible is full of grace and the Holy Spirit talks to Christians who are figuring out their gender. Figuring out an identity is not sin and I know God know us better than we know ourselves. When it comes to gender, you wonder whether you apply simply psychology and human as sin. If you knew the people in the LGBT community who came from a Christian upbringing, you'll know how much grace does speak to us. The comfort that God sent his Son to die for everyone in the world. Whilst the Bible does say it is a narrow road, not all christians will make it to heaven too. Christians who struggle with porn or backsliding cannot be lukewarm. Christ came down as a man to help us relate to God. Repentance is important, I know but it isn't an instant fix. Often I tell my church to pray for their enemies or rather the ideology opposition, including islam, LGBT, Chinese Government and so on. What would we say to them or evangelise to them. The thing is I identify as Bi, not because I had relationship with people that are male and female. It's because I have attraction to both genders. I did not choose those attractions and there is no lifestyle so to speak. It's just presently an attraction. It's still a hard topic to discuss because a lot of these attractions developed in my late teens. So if the Holy Spirit can help me live by God's will, I will let Him. I just find it hard that Christians would make an immediate judgment saying when people are LGBT christians, they are not repented and have not received grace. And no, praying the gay away is not the solution either. Pray that we can rejoice in Christ and be closer to him. Whatever repentance is fine but not target one identity and deem is as sin. Also I acknowledge it is a spiritual warfare and bringing people to Christ is crucial.

These comments are so fascinating to me... Majority are praising the woman who compared being transgender to being a child in a Winnie the Pooh costume for being "so respectful" but she literally said to him "you intend to present as the opposite of what God created you" and that he was "basing his identity on feelings" - Meanwhile he never judged her or said "you think" or "you feel" in regard to her experiences. He used only "I" in his testimony. He expressed that he believes God knows the intention of a transgender person's heart. Her opinion is that of the majority. How do people not see this was not an even or "respectful" discussion, just because no one yelled?

To their view, if you are talking about God no matter what is said and they agree with that mindset of God then it's respectful. But when it's clear you are not a Christian here's where it gets complicated because a lot of no matter what you are being hateful towards the Christian. The so-called trans person is talking more from a perspective of they believe in God and being open to what they're saying. It is more about accepting what I say mentality or you're being hateful. At least that's what I have experienced from a number of Christian discussions. It's a mindset of submitting to what I say God wants.

She's lying to herself. She's usually confident in her pseudo-masculinity but loses confidence when faced with someone that's sees right through her. She was definitely chaffed by the idea that was brought up about always wondering if someone can tell she's really a girl. That person would be riddled with anxiety on a daily basis whenever meeting new people or confronted by genuine masculinity. Christ concern is not for your feelings, especially if it interferes with your sanctification. He doesn't want to see you, He wants to see Himself.

Hum, I don't think that they have a greater fight than other people to win. They just have to accept. I was gay, God came in my life, I wanted to serve him and yet still continue to be in relationship with boys. But, the Holy Spirit convinced me so hard, that I decided to renounce my old life. At the begining, it was easy for me to walk with Christ but the more I wanted to get closer to God and sanctified myself the more "forces" and "lies" were trying to bring me back into my old life... BUT the Key, the KEY to stay and rest in God and to be victorious in all is to realize, to get the "rhema" that you are really dead at sin, dead at the world. And that now, you are ONE with God himself and that it's no longer you who live but Christ who lives in you.
