Hello! I would like to ask the things that i need to know as IT helpdesk with regards to desktop support (win 10). I took a technical exam yesterday and I'm certain i failed it
It was about firewalls and network stuff. Anyways i watched some of your videos and figured things out. I want to ask tho if specializing in supporting ms 0365 is worth it? If so, what are the other related things that i need to study to progress. Thank you so much for the video tutorials. I will buy you tons of coffee when i get hired
@@Liquid179 It can be worth it as there are some jobs that ask for O365 knowledge, and I would also study Active Directory because there is correlation with Azure AD.

Sir, I'm having a strange problem in Windows 10. Files are being deleted automatically in two situations: Clicking on them: Whenever I click a file or press enter, it disappears instead of opening. Typing in text editors: When I type in Notepad or Word, characters are being deleted as I enter them. I've already tried several troubleshooting steps: I ran the system file checker (SFC) and Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tools to check for corrupted system files. I turned Storage Sense on and off to see if it was affecting file management. I performed a full system scan for viruses and malware. Unfortunately, none of these solutions fixed the issue. I'd appreciate any help in figuring out what's causing this and how to stop it.
I'm sorry. This is a developer version so the license expires and I'm not allowed by Microsoft to share with others. But, you can apply for Developer access as well.
For company purposes there is no other choice. For example, he can't store company files on unproved storage. But, if he refused to use it completely... nothing we can do about that. He could save files to the computer, but if computer HDD goes bad, then his files are also gone.

So, no need to backup files like on the network shared drive? the interface also looks easier for a common person.
Correct. Once the files are uploaded they will have their own backup.
