A long time ago, I had to leave my first yoga class not long after it had started. It was being held in a racquetball court, which the sound just reverberates off the walls, and I IMAGINED someone farting and hearing it reverberate throughout the room and I couldn't stop giggling. No one even actually farted- it was all in my mind- and I lost it! I couldn't stay without being even more disruptive so I packed my things and left. I have since been to a few classes where someone has done it and I'm happy to say I didn't laugh a single time! To be fair, though, none of them have taken place in a racquetball court so I don't really know if its as funny as I had imagined. I'm also happy to say that it hasn't BEEN me yet 😂
My friend once sneezed when we were laying on our backs in a resting pose at the end of a yoga class. She said she felt her sneeze most down on her face cause she didn’t turn her head. I was laying there trying very hard not to laugh.
I once couldn't stop farting. About 10 min into a class at the Y, it started, and every few minutes, a new one would come out. I was so embarrassed. All the people in there were really sweet and assured me it was fine and normal. "You're just moving your body, and everything's releasing. It's a good thing!" I appreciated it, but I never went back.
Yeah it's perfectly fine to fart in my studio... it's not like I will always remember it and tell the story to try and gain subscribers or whatever... lady... you even laughed at him while telling the story...

Yes. I’ve done it at yoga and regularly at gymnastics. So embarrassing.
