Well done Troy. Most people don't realize how stiff their spine is until they do some mobility exercises. Keep up your practice and these exercises will start to feel really good.

Vielen Dank Mira! I have been watching your videos for several weeks and I cant skip a day without doing exercise with you! Though I have question about several movement, i.e. in 10:02 should my back imprint to the floor or maintain neutral spine ? I also notice in other video, that I some movement lack of information about the spine position (neutral? imprint?). Would be nice if you could emphasize more how it is next time ;)
