I’ve been enrolled in two Apple Health studies for two years. It’s been very interesting and I feel like I’m contributing a lot of actionable data for people who stand to learn a lot in combination with my shared health data. I flex every aspect of Health entirely, I’m someone who goes through every setting in order and reads everything and enables most features people don’t use (barring most accessibility settings). Your iPhone has more features built in than you might have realized, by magnitudes.
My vO2 max is maxed out at 65 but not because my vO2 max is 65. Because I have found it gets stuck at 65 when you are peaking for a marathon and never goes down lol.
Fernando, thanks for the video, very helpful. On another topic, where do you find your cool wallpaper? Maybe include them to your list of favorites. Many thanks!
🐬 For Research Studies, I’m participating in the Apple Hearing Study and the Apple Heart & Movement Study. My VO2 max is pitifully low at 23.9 because I take a beta blocker medication for essential tremor. Beta blockers are more commonly used to treat high blood pressure, so it limits my heart rate.
@@9to5Mac The studies collect data in the background. You can limit what it can collect (e.g., Active Energy, Cardio Fitness, etc.). You will receive periodic questionnaires in the Apple Research app. Most of these are brief. For the hearing study, however, you take a monthly hearing test using AirPods (or the headphones of your choice). It plays a series of tones at different frequencies and you press a button on your iPhone as soon as you can hear it.
A VO2max of around 50!? Good for you, dude!

Made it. Good stuff.
I definitely need to be walking more.
Fails to mention the "more details" are general details just describing hearing health. Not more details about your situation. 2:50.
There are many options, yes, but the design is poor.
There are designs that can make it more engaging and easier to use.
I’m downgrading my iPad to iPadOS 17.6.1
