If you daily any sports car you will eventually get annoyed by the harsh ride once the honeymoon years of the car fade off

I miss my ep3 so much haha, i should be happy that i owned one and experienced such an awesome time. It never let me down and put a smile on my face 100% of the time.

Agreed, had a few half decent cars, EP3 was my favourite by a mile and I miss it tbf. Loved driving it daily, 2 years with minimal maintenance.. Not only was it the most reliable car I've had it was the most fun and engaging to drive. Not many cars you can thrash everywhere you go and its never having an issue lol. Love the look of the EP3 too, theyre slowly climbing up in price now, good examples are harder to find!
I wish I could have kept my EP3 as a second car. Bulletproof, fun on track, made all the right noises! Great and fun cars

I had a box standard EP3 for 7 yrs and thrashed the arse off it and never had an ounce of bother with it mechanically, amazing engines

Stock fuel system, worst intake for that engine... Bet it barely touch 400

I agree, I thought the 1/4 mile times were quite slow.
It may be down to a crap tarmac surface too, not allowing them to get off the line.
My 455bhp RWD hatch weighing just under 1500kg does low 12 second quarters.
TDI North, who are very reputable, get around 400 at the crank with good quality bolt-ons and standard turbo. I was expecting this to have a hybrid turbo or something a little extra after the power claim.
TPW has mapped it & he’s your go to Honda tuner- hes easily gotten these to roughly 410 with a down pipe but he mentioned it’s been decatted so it adds a bit more power

As a Honda Civic driver enjoyed this video 👍 When I saw the 1/4 mile leader board it reminded me that I built a Yamaha 250cc sprint bike which ran similar 1/4 mile times and end speed as the FK8 in the early 1980s, that was fun. 😁

I have a stock EP3 and the future seems dark because I cannot find any decent substitute to my gem since it has already 270km. The fk8 is too large and heavy. I miss the small hot hatches.
your only option now is Hyundai N series I bought a Veloster N to replace my ep3 si, I would make the same choice if I had to do it again

No, EP3 civics just get horrible traction as it is without adding 250hp to them. Hence the reason noone using them for drag racing......

I currently have an fk8. I had a 265 trophy before it, and one of my best mates has the latest RS megane - that is now discontinued.
The megane is nicer inside and still very competent but the civic is a better drive.
The previous gen RS cars were much better, not quite as capable but much more entertaining.
