This is a repeated process as signed draft already exists on e-office. Only one sign is possible on draft.As of today multiple sign by single/multiple Authorities on same draft is not possible. You can get approval on noting side. As a solution

Send Option is to send any file or receipt to any e-office user. While DISPATCH option shows a roll of all digitally signed letters(draft) which has been attached to the CP side. The DISPATCH option is used to send digitally signed letter(draft) to e-office user through browse and diaries.
Sir why is it that for sending letter or file we have to search by person name?? How to search receipieny by his designation. Knowing name of all recipients is not possible where the people can change due to retire or transfer

Most probably u might be using firefox browser, or old version of pdf reader in either case they don't provide indexing in PDF. Hence despite being digitally signed one cannot see sign in browser while it's visible in downloaded PDF. So it's advised to use Google Chrome or internet Explorer. And what about the dispatch register which is mainrained. Will eoffice give a dispatch number and maintain a register of this for future reference?

In Railways there is No CRU, so always follow Dispatch by self.
