sir anyone can use efile from anywhere even he/she maybe on leave . There is no restriction on receiving or sending of file. Also if person is on short leave he/she can delicate the powers some other persons for the stipulated period of time. Also one can deactive his/her account while the person on leave and transfer all files to the new office in charge. When leave ends he/she can again give the same post and transfer back all the files.

is this process at an employee level mandatory if s/he doesnt have any receipts in his/her inbox and/or hasn't created any files or has any in his /her inbox? if no, then only the EMD manager role is sufficient to complete the transfer process???

sir in transfer tab i find emplyee by name and rank but no data found message show. what is reason
