I have the money but I still feel so sad afterwards 😞 😢 it eats at my heart. I feel bad for spending money on myself. When I was younger I used to enjoy spending on myself and felt happy however now im a mother and im always feeling guilty.
I have plenty of money and financially I’m in a good place. I don’t spend money on myself or feel guilty when I do because I don’t feel worthy enough. I’ll happily spend it on others but myself I just struggle and end up hating myself even more
I bougt a macbook like 6 hours ago and I feel really guilty about it because I'm 14 and my mom payed for the laptop and everyone says that this is a bad decision I made. I'm not good at school too but I got into a really respected school and I only get f's.
I bought skin care products for high prices but now i found out it's not for my skin type and it will actually make my acne worse so i can't use them. And they don't change the unpacked products! I felt super guilty and started crying! :( But now i think it was just a lesson of my life so that i pay more attention next time! And the fact that feeling guilty and sad could damage the body due to stress! So in this moment I AM LETTING IT GO! :)
I have some money saved up. I can afford 3x more what I want to purchase but I feel guilty of spending. I am not working at the moment and I dont know if I will any time soon.
Shaheer Shakeel there is a reason you feel guilty. It must come from the belief you should spend the money either from fear of not having enough or that you are being irresponsible. Keri asking yourself why you feel guilty until you get to the root cause. Then decide if it’s really true and if not, release the belief.
I got my first nursing job i make 6 figures and save 95 percent of my pay and i bought a tory burch sandal and bag on sale and i just want to cancel the order. I feel like i could have saved that money
My money is thin, I have debt, but I bought a laptop because I want to be an author in hopes of changing my financial situation. I still feel terrible for some reason even though it’s only a $150 laptop
If you are investing in something, that’s gonna give you a greater return you shouldn’t feel guilty about it. I just want to stay motivated and make sure you’re putting in all the effort and action needed that you’re getting a greater return so that you can pay off all your other debts
I bought a new ps4 game which cost $59.99. Then a few hour of playing i had a full guilt of worrying of getting bored of it. Then thinking of how i wasted money and how hard they worked to get that money.
my parents taught me you have to pay off all debts before making any new purchases so when I bought a new truck knowing I had 20 k owing on my credit cards 😕feel like a bad person cant even enjoy my new truck since i bought it its been parked in my driveway
Yeah, credit cards can cost a ton with the interest being charged. It’s best to pay them off before getting new debt. It’s easy to buy things that make us feel good. I promise though as you start to payoff stuff it feels just as good. Let the guilt go and just focus on better choices moving forward
I'm watching this to not feel guilting about spending my allowance for skincare lmao.

I dealt with the mom guilt when my kids were young as well. As long as you are not living on debt and saving, you should enjoy things as well.
