All those who think RE prices will drop are living in fool's paradise. First of all this sector is primarily run by Black Money and is not affected by Market factors. Builders will happily hold unsold flats for 2-3 yrs if they need to.. If no flats get made, god bless the Tenants who who will see 10% rent increase each Yr. Btw, market rates already more than 15-20% inflated.. If it falls little or stays flat, nobody loses.

The taxes are too high as compared to product cost so it does not make sense to give so much overhead. So it's not a feasible investment per say.
Buying a flat is a waste of money.
