Another great video. Evri is my worst nightmare in London. Packages constantly go missing with them sending and receiving. Royal Mail all the way. I love that Royal Mail always take responsibility for any issues and have brick and mortar shop fronts for you to speak to someone if you have a rare issue. Do yourself a favour and stick to what you know
I've been with Royal Mail from day 1 too but can't deny the strikes have been disruptive. I'll use evri when they're on again. I think it'd always good to test your methods now and then to see what's out there
"Batman on a Christmas Tree" should be a new Christmas song. Made me laugh how happy your son was to find those Lion Guard toys. Spookily I just sold one of those Lego Stormtroopers, I've just found the same Bop It in a charity shop and I missed out on that Hulk figure the other week, I dithered over it and it had gone when I went back. Great finds, great video...
OMG your boy is so cute! Especially when he was reading all those Jelly Cat labels ❤. Nice pick-ups! I‘ve been putting all my low value Jelly Cats into storage. I figure I’ll wait til I’ve got a nice big bundle or for when some are retired and become a bit rarer. That’s the method behind my madness anyway lol. I’ve got about 6 or 7 now. Take care, Katie
Yeah I pick them up every time as well. If they get damaged or lost, mum's and dad's will be desperate to replace with the exact same one.!! Some are worth silly money already on there own
Royal Mail doing 48 Tracked Collection Small Parcels for £2.85... No Brainer. Evri had a howler with me so I use them reluctantly for large items. Some great finds there, great day out!
You had a good haul Ian. I went out Wednesday morning and came home early and empty handed. I should have left it till later in the morning. SE is Sweden btw.
Royal Mail all the way for me too, unless it's over 2kg or exceeds their medium parcel dimensions! Evri hasn't been too unreliable for me but all of the local drop off points seem to be tiny convenience stores located far from the beaten track and are quickly overburdened by all the parcels. You did great in the charity shops, so many toys to choose from! Now you've found all those Jellycats I have an urge to check the plushies more carefully!
Evri have certainly put their prices up recently but I've found as long as the item's value is under £30 then they're worth using. Anything of higher value, I'm RM all the way!
I'm so glad you pick up jellycats.. never underestimate the value.. I had an absolute gem last week that made me 4 figures as soon as I listed it I was getting crazy offers.. always pick them up even to bundle them off.. Although I do think you missed the monkey on the shelf next to the pokkee man thing
Yeah they're on my radar cos we've been looking for one for my son for Christmas and they're mega dear brand new!! I'm going to pop back tomoz to see if it's still there :)

great pick ups dude, snashed it this week. Bop It prices don’t seem to be inflating for Christmas too much this year which is annoying. You can still get them off eBay for £15 all in which is a shame as i’ve got two to shift and they often inflate to over £30 at this time of year. You’ve definitely got some nice profit there though with all that shizzle
Yep same problem made same decision as you to use evri 4 weeks ago sent about ten a week currently have 4 parcels missing its a complete farce . No communication no way of contacting all say at the depot have had to refund and so far missing item aswell so badly out of pocket. One parcel was a cyberman mask sent to America for £40 been missing for 3 weeks still says at depot so theyve cost me £80 on that one parcel . Its annoying cos they are convenient but unless there are some major changes sticking with the old faithful royal mail ! beware of Evri Great Channel Cheers
Yes GSP on two of the items as of today no reply on anything it feels like you've been robbed maybe I've been unlucky but I hear there is a similar problem with inpost ??
@@MasterofPieces the other item is a crystal decanter for £30 was the best wrapped thing I ever sent in my life ,has disappeared off the face of the earth apparently it got delivered back to me then appeared in the depot then disappeared again it's like an Agatha Christie novel
Never had a problem with Evri. Royal Mail I have had very few problems with but recently with RM (allegedly) a package was delivered and the contents had been opened/stolen and they put a parcel in the recycling bin which was subsequently emptied and the parcel thrown away. The only thing that concerns me with Evri is the claims side of things as when I tried to ring them up once I couldn't get through to anyone!!
The exact reason I don't use Evri, been using royal mail for over 4 years now and not had a problem. Yeah it might be slightly more expensive but at least your item gets there.
Hi new sub here enjoying the videos when you spoke about grading the cards which company did you use. Also the plastic wallet for the card where did you buy them from future reference thanks.
I don't have a rule but remember I only do this as a hobby. My aim is £500 profit per month. Guess it depends on your business model... are you growing or sustaining?? Growing take more out to reinvest... Sustaining invest what you need to and pocket the rest. *no financial advice obvs
Mate. I'm area manager for evri in the south so I'm gonna send the feedback to the bosses. I'm am ex fulltime reseller and have been feeding back but always like to forward real-time case studies.
Just checked and still not delivered. Would be interested to know why things go missing... label come off the box, box gets damaged etc etc. Seems like it should all be automated so can't see how it happens
Evri are awful, I had an item go "missing" luckily because I bought the label off ebay they went in my favour whilst case was opened, turned up in the lady's porch 5 days later anyway but was a bit of a ball ache. I'm sticking with royal mail and if the items are late, which has been happening I just reply to the buyer to tell them ots due to strike action. Aslong as we post on or before the deadline what happens after is out of my control. You know for a fact it will eventually get to them so don't need to worry about that and aslong as you've kept the tracking and reciept(which after yiur previous video/ and the scammer guy, you do) then your all good. Everyone knows the strikes are happening and we as sellers can't he held responsible for what royal mail does🤷🏻♂️. Also, I sold the mini transformers I'd showed you on Instagram for 27.50 so thanks for the advice ti hold on. Keep the great content coming
I think having the tracking automatically added to the listing doesn't help matters either. People watch the tracking religiously and any sniff of a delay they're straight on the messages. I don't add tracking with Royal mail purposely to the listing but can always add it when questioned. Nice transformer sale:)
I started to use Evri too, lost one so far which I had to refund then 10 days later it got delivered…not high value at £15 but I still lost out. Another went to GSP last Friday says it was delivered @ 6am on Monday (strange time 6am) on the Evri website but still no update from GSP to confirm like they usually do to say they have it and on its way to the USA so I’m starting to get a bit jittery thinking Evri have updated incorrectly and not actually delivered it….booked it via Packlink plus the tracking doesn’t pull through so still showing as Despatched on Ebay which was when I printed the label…not sure what to do
I've had the same thing with evri posting to GSP. Putting the tracking into evri says delivered. The comfort I'm taking from it is that I post a royal mail parcel there too and thats not showing up on gsp yet either.... guessing gsp is just being a bit slow atm
@@MasterofPieces just so you know GSP must be very behind, they’ve updated just this morning stating preparing customs docs….phew.. I was imagining another refund coming my way..!!

@@MasterofPieces well if he ends up as loved an my daughters then it’ll be worth the money, I paid 50p for bun bun as she calls him and he’s my best charity shop find ever! Keep up the great videos!
I see where you're coming from KatMusic. Charity shops price their items to sell, making sure they sell in a reasonable amount of time based on their typical customer habits and their catchment. A charity shop generally will never be able to sell at the ebay prices as that's a global catchment compared to a local one. The collectibles again are not going to drive the ebay prices as they need to sell to the right person at the right time. The charity shop customer is usually someone buying something on impulse because the price is cheap. A lot of the big shops sell on ebay already... the smaller shops assume that their best use of time of their staff is to sell by volume on the shop floor. Charity shop managers are savvy. They price items to hit their income targets but also to get repeat customers when people think 'ooh I had a good bargain there, I'll go back). They get the money they're after for each item. Long and short of it is every sale the charity shop makes is making them profit (as all their stock is free to them) and I'm making profit on top (but putting a lot more work in to do it than the shop does.) I've put thousands of pounds into shops through reselling which they wouldn't have had otherwise.
Good haul , always get the jelly cats 5 in one shops a great result
I rarely come across them tbh. Must have all been a single donation I reckon
