It’s getting harder and harder to keep sales consistent. Good luck in your new venture, maybe take a few years off and come back to reselling one day.
Love the videos, don’t apologise about the shoes, you need to do what makes you a living. Also enjoy the content with the family and charity shop challenges with your sister. Specialising makes sense so you build expertise and can more easily spot money making opportunities and also avoid mistakes. More calls for a shoe cleaning video in the comments! I respect your hussle. Instead of a unit you must have space for a garage. A home extension built even with a bank loan is better idea. Also increases the property value 👌
Thanks! Yeah I already work from the garage on the side of the house. The back has already been extended, I can go for the shed in the garden option later down the line, but we’ll see! The garden is already quite small 😬 I’ll just keep cramming it into the garage for now though 😎
Hi, quick question, when you're cleaning the trainers, do you use a steamer? if so, which one? Also, is that rejuvenator kit - the expensive one with the brushes etc, worth it or are there better products out there that can be bought off the shelf at supermarkets etc? Thanks. Thanks for watching, to answer both your questions, no and no, I don’t use a steamer and definitely don’t pay up for any expensive kits for cleaning. I use warm water, a boot buddy and fairy liquid. Dry with a microfibre and stick on a radiator. No need for the expensive stuff!

I had the same with a camera.. Stupid reason for returning item.i clicked I don't agree ,and gave a good reason... eBay just agreed with buyer.. So as usual, eBay siding with buyer whatever reason.. So wouldn't bother clicking it.

Why do we promote resellers.. all they do is go crazy buying/scalping for a profit while others may actually want the item. If you resell dont make videos it should not be promoted
I tend to know so I refuse any silly offers as I can smell a reseller a mile off. As I used to sell on eBay but moved over to Vinted as it was just an awful place to sell. Vinted is great. But I do not really like resellers.

That’s how business works though, I know more than the seller, so take advantage of that situation to make a profit. Also I don’t knock them down, I pay the price they are asking.

How do you clean up your trainers? It can make me feel sick just the thought of doing it. But yours always look so clean
Mainly in the buying, I buy ones that just need a wipe down usually.
But use a boot buddy, warm water and fairy liquid and you’re good to go!

I haven’t really felt the effect, it’s no different to us business sellers, we still pay the fees. Unfortunately.

Always depends on condition. I got £80 for a £10 pair from a chazza about a year back! If full leather, aim high.
