Homemade Bread, Simple Easy Steps. Buttery Soft & Delicious!

- This bread recipe is buttery, super soft and absolutely tasty!
Ingredients
4 cups (all purpose flour or baking flour)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1-2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons instant yeast (1 pack, 11grams)
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup milk ( milk of your choice) optional
To your mixing container, add 1 cup warm water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp instant yeast, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cooking oil, 1 tsp salt. Give that a mix.
Add flour gradually, 1 cup at a time, mixing mixture with a spoon until you have a sticky dough ball.
Now start kneading with your hands, knead for about 3 minutes, then add butter in, knead for another 2 minutes
If at anytime the dough becomes too sticky, dust some flour on and continue kneading until dough is soft and smooth.
Cover with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes or until dough rise, double in size
Dust a clean surface and place dough, cut in half and shape dough to the size of your baking container.
Place dough in grease baking container, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise, double in size.
To a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit bake bread for 30- 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and glazed with melted butter.
Remove from baking container to prevent sogginess
Allow to cool and serve
Enjoy!!!
I don't bake bread often...usually once a year at Christmas time. I followed this recipe and its the very best bread I ever made. Made 2 pans on xmas eve and i only got 1 slice for myself.

Update since I was up all night I decided to bake my bread. And this bread had my home flipping because it smelled so wonderful. But it was also easy to follow along. I kept it to the tee and it came out so moist, soft and definitely delicious. It was so good that while I was tasting I almost cried. But instead I fell in love with my two loafs. Now I refuse to share with anyone. And no more buying breads from the Mrkts. I did have problems kneeling it because I had a time trying to get the hang of it. But I survived (breathing in oxygen) lol thank you again for teaching and showing how it’s done.

WOW! I made bread for the 1st time tonight! It turned out so great. I have been trying to change my eating habits, and I wanted to try making my own bread instead eating these breads in the stores with the long ingredient lists. I used unbleached all purpose flour for mine. Also I did not have the clear wrap, so I just used the hand towel and placed the bread in the microwave since the door closes and I felt the air was limited inside. My son helped me make the bread. I think this will be my new go to recipe! Thank you for such an easy recipe and follow along video!

I was tired of the waiting for one hour and another one hour for my dough to rise, then baking for another 40-45 minutes plus tye kneading which culminate to mire than 3 hours. I chose not to make bread due to how time consuming it is. This is fast and delicious.

Instant yeast ?
Any other kind of yeast would work (active dry yeast, liquid yeast, fresh yeast)
The yeast is use as a leveling agent allowing the bread to rise.
