Thank you for the information my baby is almost 3 weeks old, I’m breastfeeding but also want to have a cocktail now and then without feeling guilty about my milk or not being able to breastfeed my baby. This video is good reassurance❤️
@@LoveWinsAlways_ pumping on a constant schedule is best. Make it the same time each day. if possible, it’s best to pump at work, as often as baby usually nurses. This will keeps your supply up and baby gets the freshest milk possible by getting your pumped milk on the next work day. If you are fully feeding from the breast, then your supply is perfect 😍. If you want to build a little bit of an emergency stash, that would be good but don’t stress over that if you’re able to pump at work daily. I’ll get you the link for an emergency freezer stash. ❤️

I’m so glad that it helped! It’s good to do something for you sometimes ❤️
Very helpful!! Thank you :) I have been following the 2 hour per drink rule and feel good about it even more so now!
It’s good to relax and enjoy life (or a drink) 😎❤️
Thank you! This was so helpful and informative!!
Thanks for the good video Mary, here is Muhammet from IC. Wish you all the best :)
Thanks so much Muhammet!
How do I increase milk supply ? At nights when I’m asleep, I pump ONCE and during days I pump every 4-5 hours
Should I try more frequently?
Do you feed from the breast too? How often do you nurse?
Why are you pumping? Just to increase supply?
Here’s one of my videos on increasing supply but I’ll watch for your answers too 🥰
