A simple comment really helps our channel. Even if you have nothing to say if you just say "This comment is for TH-cam" it helps our channel more than you think. And simply hitting the thumbs up is another simple way to show support. Thanks everyone!!

Great video. Thank you. We are heading there in a few weeks. We were able to see our site (if we don’t get moved) on your drive through.

    Thanks for the tour Dave.
My wife and I are planning an East Coast trip this year from California and saw this campground on Google Earth but could not get a real feel for it until I watched your video. Hope there is a little more sun that what I saw in your video!?

You will have a great time I'm sure. We had a bunch of sun during our couple week stay, it just made sense to shoot the video on a not so sunny day while kicking back.On those sunny days we were on the go. Thanks for stopping in.

I have never seen pull through that long before. I hate when the utilities are like that KOAs are good at doing that to. I have never stood why you would by a rv and park it and never move it. Thanks Dave.

There is only one other park from the over 400 campgrounds we have visited that had that long of pull throughs and that was in Georgia. And I hear you, I just don't understand how when people design a park they think it's a good idea to put the septic where they do sometimes.

That looks like a big campground. I’m thinking maybe those big long pull through sites might be for buddy campsites? Maybe. Looks like you two spent a lot of time in Maine. I like Maine, I’ve been all the way north to limestone Maine…. That’s a loooooong way up there! 😂 you two should have taken your picture in the big Adirondack chair! 😂

I only saw one power pedestal at each of those long pull throughs and never saw more than one rig in them at one time so I'm pretty sure they were just designed as one HUGE site. We were in Maine about a month and a half this year and should have stayed longer probably. LOL,, I tried to get Diane to get up in that chair, but we just never did.

Thanks for sharing. How do you search for campgrounds?

For years we used to always just use the Websight RV Campground Reviews but they have now joined with Trip Wizzard we now mainly use it.

Thanks for the video Dave & Diane. Being up in Maine it must get pretty cold in the winter. Do those "permanent" campers stay in their RVs all winter?

The folks that we talked to packed up and headed out during the winter it seemed. Plus, most of the parks up there just plain close for the winter.

We had a pretty bad experience at this campground.

Sorry to hear that. It was far from our favorite campground, but it served the purpose for location for the areas we wanted to tour during our visit.
