Well the Coastal Georgia video came out out of order. The ladies in the office saw me shooting video and were disappointed when I said how far behind we were so I decided to edit it and put it out when we did just to please them LOL!!! We are actually still in Brunswick for a couple more days.

We stayed at the new Moorings II last summer. We found it to be too expensive at $103/night with zero amenities. Also, my husband couldn’t get our 30 ft travel trailer level and that’s never happened to us before. We were in the middle section. We did enjoy Belfast though, their Saturday farmer’s market was the best anywhere.
Moorings IS pretty expensive. On our travels that year we wanted to live it up some so decided to be on the water and belly up as far as the cost went. Then it turned out we were out touring so much we didn't spend a lot of time at camp LOL!!! And yes, Belfast is a great spot to spend some time. Thanks for stopping in and taking time to comment.

We actually made the reservation at Moorings I think the 1st of January, thats pretty much what you need to do to secure a site there. That may ne be the case with the new section going in.

Thanks,,, We are still playing catch up on the video's so we were actually in Brunswick Georgia as the hurricane worked it's way through which was a worse place to be potentially. But we were very lucky and it shirted us and we had no issues. Thanks for asking.
Nice Campground, what was the food like in the area?
Belfast which is the closes town to the campground had a couple good spots to eat and then we enjoyed the. town of Camden which had some great food as well

How much in advance did you make reservations?
Moorings is one of those spots that fill fast so we actually made our reservation request at Midnight of the first day they were taking reservations for the season. So for us that was 6 or 7 months in advance. They have now expanded so maybe that will help a little. Thanks for stopping in and the question.
